I absolutely love the coconut body collection! I had a problem with one package that never arrived via FedEx, but her customer service department was prompt and reshipped my missing products, free of charge. I can't wait to see what's next. Great quality products!
They billed me twice sent 2 orders when I saw 2 confirmations I messaged them 6 times no one got back to me when they finally did they basically said tough luck now I have to charge it back. I'm in complete shock they were horrible

This is the worst makeup brand I've ever tried. I'm so annoyed I wasted almost $100 on this garbage. The cheapest drugstore makeup you can find is ten times better. I hated everything I got so much that 15 minutes after I opened the package and tried everything I threw it all in the trash. Don't make the same mistake I made. Oh, and NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED. Enough said!
Not buying from Kylie Cosmetics again. I was supposed to get some free items with my order, but it was showing in my cart. But as soon as I placed my order two of the free items were gone. I reached out to the customer service to explained the situation and they didn't do anything, not going to send me the items, not cancel the order. As a customer, I'm so upset. Never again buy my Kylie products!
I bought the lipstick and after using it just twice I threw it away. Color not at all matches the website not to mention that you can't return it. Never Never will buy this brand.

Kylie's comments service is horrible I placed an order before Christmas and I didn't get my order I emailed them several times and they send me pictures and says that package has arrived! But I didn't get it so they are just thinking about making money. I will never buy from them from now on because I have lost a lot of money and they didn't care!
I just placed an order which I ended up making an error and ordered 2 colors of same by mistake. Saud 72 hrs processing so i attempted to cancel my order and resubmit. I contacted customer service and their response was quote: "All sales are final and the do not accept any returns or exchanges."
72 hours and you can't correct or cancel an order that won't be shipped for several days.
Very sad...unfortunately I will not be a return customer.

I used to love Kylie cosmetics. When she came out with her first set of lip kits I bought them all. I've purchased from her bundles and birthday collections. I stopped for a while because I noticed the quality was getting worse and worse. When she came out with the nightmare on Elm st collection I HAD TO HAVE IT. Big mistake. The palette is chalky and hardly screams Halloween or Freddy Krueger and one of my lip glosses was broken. When I tried to reach out for a refund or replacement they asked for all these pictures, which I provided, but there was a "error" submitting my request. Do not waste your money on over priced products

I bought several lipsticks and lip liners and never received them. I contacted Customer Service and they responded 2 weeks later "to wait it out and see". Really? I am out $200.00 and asked for a refund. They sent me the link that "refunds were not allowed and all sales are final". I never got my Kylie makeup and no refund? Customer Service is rude and won't help. As the old saying goes..."I guess they think money grows on trees". Don't bother with Kylie products. You will regret it!

It took nearly a week from the day I purchased one (1) item to be notified of even having a shipping label created. It's been almost 3 days and the tracking number still indicates that the product is STILL in California. I cannot even comment on the quality of the product and whether or not it's worth the wait, but I will say if you venture to try KC, purchase in-store. I'm in the US and have never had this issue with any other e-commerce brand (most of which were also US-based). Shipping price was also outrageous, considering I bought 1 lipstick. I managed to snag it on sale for $13 and shipping still turned out to be $9. I now understand why people have complained about this brand for years and avoid it like the plague. Buyer beware.
I bought a coconut liner. Right off the bat, went to sharpen and the whole inside color fell out of pencil. I contacted customer service. They ask for receipt and last four digits of my credit card. I sent them that. Then they come back and want the letter on receipt with initial in it, i sent that, then they wanted picture of pencil. I through it away, so therefore i could not get a replacement. Keep receipts, take pictures of receipts, keep broken pencils, etc. No wonder she is a millionaire, look at all the people that are cheated. Also, hardly any product in lip kits, glosses, etc. Done with this crap! Kylie would not want to be treated the way her customers are. She should do something and FAST!
Bought (2) skin care packs and only received one. Customer Care doesn't care but they will when I have my credit card reverse the transaction. No wonder she is so rich, she rips everyone blind.

Used to be a fan of Kylie cosmetics and Kylie. Recently have realized how tone deaf she has been, rolling out new makeup lines every couple of days. The greed and self-obsession is hard to watch. Every product is the same essentially but somehow she claims it all is "her favorite ever launched" or "unlike anything she's ever done" or "absolutely the best formula" (as she reads off the packaging what is in it because she doesn't actually know). Oh, also, has she paid her workers in Bangladesh yet?
I don't know if this is just a counterfeit product or what, I ordered from the link Kylie jenner posted on instagram thinking "this can't be fake". Got the "Candy K matte" and "Ginger matte" liquid lipstick! The lipstick is sticky, the shade is nothing like what is shown. There is no product inside the lipstick bottle except some on the applicator part of the top! There was no seal on the lipstick pack or bottle whatsoever. The top cardboard cover of the box was bent so I'm sure it was opened or even used and returned. Terribly disappointed, they end up cheating people just because they "think" they can do business. I don't know how she made a billion dollar company with such pathetic products. There is no option for me to leave a review. No refund yet!

Do not Buy it. They don't allow refunds OR an exchange. I will also leave this negative review on the Better Business Bureau website and other websites to inform as many people as possible about my negative experience, and to dissuade them from doing business with this company.
Purchased a tinted gloss and the quality was terrible. The color bled all around my lips, and people at my bridal shower asked what was wrong with my lips. I am trying to get a refund and the process is extremely complicated. They want you to send pictures of everything at every angle, and I keep attempting and the pictures will not allow me to submit. Wish I wouldn't have fallen for 'the product must be good because of the Kylie Jenner name...' Awful quality, and I truly hope this company improves their product and customer service. What an embarrassment.

My first time purchasing Kylie Cosmetics and oh my, how disappointing the whole experience was. It took over a month to receive it and when it finally came, one of the products was half full. I contacted customer services and their response was that is how its suppose to be... hmm, okay so i just spent $25 on this crap? What a bunch of scammers. They should be ashamed charging that price point and giving their consumers that sort of quality.
Customer Service is totally the worst! I placed my order and realized my address is still the old one, I immediately contacted the customer service and provided a new shipping address and all they told me is that the order is final and changes is not possible. I bought lip pencil and lipstick set in SNOW WAY BAE. HOPELESS! It has no staying power at all. Rubs off as soon as you eat or drink and lasts less than a hour even if you don't. Struggling to complain and return. £29 wasted. I resent her getting rich with this rubbish product!
I have been purchasing Kylie cosmetic products for years, unfortunately the quality has gotten worse. Packaging for the products is sloppy, all of of cases for the lipsticks were open, the eye shadow palettes were coming apart. So cheaply made especially for the price you are paying for. Don't advise anyone. Waste of money. Severely dries and irritates the skin. I've never come across something like this before. For such a cost, you could work hard and create products with a really good composition. Would invest in the product and not in the promotion of ratings
I've bought for my girlfriend. I regret my purchase very much. Her skin started to burn for a while and she washed away. Then it got itchy. We went to doctor and he recommended to never use this product again. Her skin has become very dry since and small parts of dead skin has been falling for a week now. We are working with our lawyer to file a complaint to FDA and other governmental organizations.
For the price you pay for their products it's not worth it in my opinion. Their lip kits are so so as they wear off easily. Compared to say Smashbox or Mac their products are inferior to them & much higher in price. I tried their products no not every one but then again I liked their cream shadows a great deal. It's just their matte lip kits that at that price should stay on a little longer then they do. Also they feel very dry on your lips. I won't be buying their Matte lip kits anymore.

I ordered one of Kylie's lip kits and before hand I had done some research online about it all and was put off but decided to do it anyway. Im so glad I did my lip kits arrived quickly and they sent the correct colours and I had no trouble at all.
I absolutely love KC's products especially their lip kits and other lip products. However their customer service isn't great. You cannot call and speak to a live person only via email. I updated my shipping address prior to purchasing my order and the site never registered the change so my order went to an old address and ended up with who knows but not with me! CS tried to tell me there was nothing they could do. After going back and forth telling them there is always something they can do to help their customers and they were about to lose one they finally fixed the situation. I had to pay an additional $9 for shipping but am receiving my order. Or they would have refunded my money minus a $10 restocking fee. So, if CS tries to tell you there's nothing they can do, do not stop fighting! You will receive your order! I wish they upgraded their service where you were able to call and have an issue like this fixed immediately before the order is processed. That's my only complaint/suggestion. However, I am grateful that they were able to accommodate me.
