Order pet feeding station about 3 weeks ago, they took money, then took another £29.99 from my account for a subscription which I didn't sign up for... have tried to cancel so called subscription.but had no confirmation and not received product I ordered.

I haven't had any major issues regarding the drivers for LA Bite, but the ones who take the internet orders have a cavalier attitude about the service the company provides. I am constantly charged extra for items I always (always!) receive at no charge, such as an additional piece of bread or one extra side of guacamole. The price is added on without my consent in all but one incidence When I explain to LA Bite my current and past experience with the same restaurant, they do not care in the slightest, in fact: they're thrilled to know they will have less customers going forward.
LA bite was always my go to for catered lunches at the office. Not any more, since being purchased by Grub Hub, the prices have gone way up and the portion sizes way down and the staff is sloppy and unprofessional that delivers the orders.
As like other customers, l ordered a food station at the time £9-99. Still waiting for my delivery. Nobody has got back in touch. Easy to take your money, but not to refund.

Lmao! This company is all about delivering yet they refuse to deliver because a certain day was too crowded & had too much traffic! The supposed manager on the phone was rude & unprofessional & blatantly refused to provide information to the corporate office. Will never use their pathetic services again & will be spreading the word!
First of all 1 star is extremely generous. If they had an option for negative stars, I would have used that. I tried to contact them twice about just one of some several bad delivery orders that I placed through their online chat window but just ignored my complaints, insisting that I was lying about some of it and basically acted in the worst possible way customer support reps are supposed to. They were rude, vile and aggravated. All I wanted to do was to see why my deliveries were constantly very late (ex. A 40 min [their claim] delivery would take at least double that), why their drivers were unprofessional, rude and had body odor so horrific that I literally lost my appetite. I then tried contacting a chat supervisor over the phone and she was even worse. Not only did she condone her employee's terrible behavior, etc., she then went on a tirade because she couldn't believe that I would report such bad behavior that she was perfectly fine with her employees displaying. Every employee I ever experienced from their company made Satan's and Hitler's love child seem like the Dalai Lama. I then went onto glassdoor.com to see how their own employees liked working there. Some of the headlines of the reviews said "WORST COMPANY", "Some of the worst people you'll ever meet", "Horrible company to work for" and "What a horrible group of people".
