They are a legitimate company. Wine is mostly good qualify but customer service is poor and the aggressive salespeople try to intimidate you Into buying g more than you want

They're a real company - just a really bad company! Mediocre, over-priced wine with HORRIBLE customer service - and I'm talking about YOU Cheyenne, customer service supervisor! Cancelled my membership many months ago, but they still charged me for a shipment and then jerked me around to get a refund for monies they never had my permission to take. Literally, they're thieves!
