I would not recommend Lala Mira. I purchased two dresses from them and I had a very disappointing experience. Their customer service team is rude and I did not receive a refund on my dress despite them making a mistake on my order.

Worst site ever. Please don't buy your dress here! It's a fraud company and they are ripping people off and will NOT fund any return like they say on their policy.

The dresses don't look anything like the picture and company is very rigid about returns and exchanges in case you don't like your item. Wouldn't recommend. Using them

I wouldn't touch this site with a 10-foot pole. They will take your money and then they will NEVER return it if there is a problem. Buying a wedding dress is supposed to be positive, and this will ruin the experience. DON'T DO IT!

With an event as precious as a wedding, I would not order from this site. They do not use standard size charts as you are required to do your own meansurements to alignt to their size chart. They should use standard size charts. The fact that they absolutely do not give refunds, if you are not satisfied with your dress due to missize or defective upon delivery, you are out of luck and the company will do little to help make you whole. The dress that I received had the plastic wires used in the hem sticking out in three places at the bottom of the dress. When I contacted the vendor, I was informed that they iinspect all orders before shipping and that this defect was caused by me. They advised that I shoud take the dress to a tailor to have it fixed.

Please dont. Read the comments. Find a store so you can try it on. Or use a well known site.

They don't take returns on wedding dresses, prom dresses or anything. THEY DON'T TAKE RETURNS! How can anyone buy from this site? If I knew they didn't take returns, I wouldn't have made the mistake of buying from them. But I did. I bought a prom gown for my daughter. It doesn't fit, she doesn't like it, and they won't refund my money. Bottom line - stay away, tell everyone you know, do not buy from this site.

I wised i had seen all this before ordering a dress for £100. From lalamira. Dress is nothing like the picture and they are refusing to refund me. I have reported the matter to pay paypal so maybe I will get my money back.

I ordered a wedding dress from Lala mira. After seeing some real reviews to I realized that I would not be happy with the dress. I canceled my order for the dress the same day I made the purchase. Within 24 hours I received a confirmation that the order was canceled. A couple weeks later I received a dress in the mail. I explained to the company that there was a mistake and sent them their confirmation of the order being canceled. I asked them for the return a dress to send the dress back for a full refund since it was sent by their error. I Offered to pay my own money to send the dress back. The box is still unopened. They responded by saying it was not their fault and they will not accept the dress back for a return. They are a scam. BEWARE!
