Thank you Laptop Screen for a beautiful Dell laptop screen, I am very happy with my new screen and have already put it to good use. Particular commendation to the packaging and safe transport of such a high end piece of equipment.

I've been using Laptopscreen.com for almost a decade now, and have never been disappointed. I've had a few duds, and every once in a while the screen would have issue after a few weeks, but their lifetime warranty has never been denied and they'll always ship out a new screen free of charge.

I only wish they got more stock of 15" 30 pin 144hz screens.

I want to point out that this company has amazing customer service. I called and all my questions were answered, a few days later I received the screen in perfect condition.

I work for a school, and we have students in grade 9 - 12 using Chromebooks. Smashed screens are inevitable! I searched a bunch of sites, and this site had the best price and even offered discounts for repeat customers and got the quantity you order. They shipped that day and arrived super-fast. Already used one and it worked out great! Would 100% recommend them to anyone and will use them again i am sure for future purchases!

They provided a very high quality product, the screen works great. When I ordered the wrong screen the return service was very quick.

When my daughter smashed her computer screen I thought the worst, she needed a new computer or I would have to take it to get fixed which usually means a lot of money. I turned to my local moms group to source out help when I mom commented with this company! Sure enough I ordered her screen, got it within a few days (and during a pandemic) and replaced the screen using their tutorial videos! It works perfect now! Thanks!

Absolutely no problems with this company. Their tutorials were very helpful, they had my screen in stock, shipped quickly, installed just like the tutorials instructed, laptop back in perfect operating condition. I saved almost $200 compared to a 'professional'

Screen was defected would resolve the problem without making me pay more. Screen had defective pixels of bright light in the middle of it. I'm betting they will delete my negative review anyway to get a false positive rating on their feedback.

Best price on the net, was delivered to Florida in 7 days, screen installed easily and has no bad pixels, only problem i had with this company is they didn't warn me i would have 3 screws left over. Unforgivable! I will not hesitate ordering from them again.

Fast order processing and optional fast delivery options at reasonable prices. A few places slightly cheaper, but glad I went with this company - felt confident I was going to get the right part and in good shape. Extensively packaged - probably could withstand falling out of an airplane:-)

Easy site to figure out which was the correct replacement lcd screen. Order was processed and shipped rather quickly. "how to" videos on site also helpful. Would have been more helpful if commentary included any differences between models. That notwithstanding, will definitely use company again and recommend it.

Pros: Fast service, Cheapest place to buy LCD laptop screen, good quality product, have used the screen for more than 1 month now. No issues, works good, will definitely recommend friends and others.

Was offered $20 to create a video on how to install my screen, which is very reasonable, however I'd rather see legal documents before doing work for money.

Ordered a replacement screen for my dell laptop... good price... arrived on time... site had install instructions that were very easy to follow... it works great... I am very happy with the entire experience with your company.

Went online to search for screen, shown 3 different items, all with the same description. Contacted the service desk. Not over the top friendly, must be having a bad day. Turns out all three where the same item, just different item numbers depending on how it was searched for. Not real efficiently done. Screen arrived before expected, installed easily, laptop started up with no issues. Has worked now for about a week with no problems. Could use better customer service and better listing of items to eliminate confusion. Dimensions were not accurate in the description, but was actually the correct size. Other than that, I would buy again. Hopefully, I wont need to, though.

This site makes it easy to find the right screen, as they've got every laptop model known to man listed and show where the mounting points/connector are to make sure you're getting something that fits.

I've made two orders myself and have been pleased - prices are good and shipping is fast. I used to work at a computer repair shop that ordered frequently, which meant we got a sizable discount on each screen - a few orders had problems, but were usually resolved quickly.

Looked at a few different sites before deciding to use LaptopScreen. The thing that led me to choose them were the buying tips and video tutorials.
Check out was easy. Delivery was fast.
My only complaint is that the screen I purchased has one teeny tiny white spot. Literally about the size of a pixel.
I won't send it back because the flaw isn't super annoying, but it would have been nice if it had been inspected before being shipped out.

The screen, replacing a cracked one, shipped quickly arriving ahead of schedule. It was an exact match and the site made it easy to ensure that. I'm pretty familiar with basic hardware replacement but found a great video online for my exact model. The only complaint I had was one tiny spot of pixel(s) dead. Super tiny and the company states they would still replace it which is better than Dell would do for the size. If it gets any bigger, the lifetime protection on defects will get it replaced again.
