on 8/26/15Katherine, since you already placed your order, there's nothing you can do but wait - so don't worry! (Be happy!) When it arrives and it's not up to your expectations, then you can return it (hopefully you shouldn't have a problem with the return). So just relax!
You should be fine. It may just take a little while. I still use Lazada to purchase products realizing they can often take awhile to fully process and ship especially outside the NCR. Just make sure when it arrives to carefully inspect to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
If you have any issues or problems contact Lazada customer service immediately and email them as well. I'm most cautious when it's a 3rd party seller and always research the non-Lazada seller before purchasing. Lazada has always fixed any problems but you need to stay on top of them as they won't necessarily keep you informed and up-to-date on back ordered items.
Recently purchased a smartphone (was sold and shipped by Lazada) and even though I had to email them on a delayed shipment, it arrived in perfect new condition and was exactly what was ordered. It just took a little longer than it should have.

Don't worry i have also used my credit card... you are required to show them I.D.@delivery so ur safe... plus you have to sign for the items... be aware that if ur items are imported... it take time... i waited over a month for a phone until i decided that to have the item cancelled...
Don't worry catherine. They will send it. I ordered before the quarrel. Many sl st lazada. All items come., but also some with affected. Most of the parts was refund
But if you sure that to don't like it and can not explain why, they will not refund if its already open. Lazada is not a nice company. I HVA bad experience and will no more order there
You'll definitely get your ordered items on time. The shipping, in all fairness, is good. However, the product may not be at 100% quality. Wait for it.
Call your credit card company and ask them to cancel the transaction. Reason you can use is " unauthorized" transaction. Good luck!
