You can contact them, but they never help you. Neither free nor paid option work. There is a better idea:

They really work wonders. They have many women with traditional and true family values. I'm happily married and I own my success to this site. I should have been more decisive and courageous and I should have stopped wasting my money on LDSSingles a long time ago.

I found it east, but I did not get a real answer as thy there so many non-members.
