“Balanced Review”

First of all I think it is, on balance, a pretty good site. For one thing, if you are a latter-day-saint you will find only fellow members on this site, which is helpful for those wanting to date and marry within the faith. There are a pretty good number of people available for messaging and dating. In just six weeks I have had seven dates total with six different people, with two more dates agreed to. This process has been held up, however, and people left hanging mid-conversation, due to one unkind person who apparently has made objection to something unknown as yet that I typed to them. However they do say that it will probably be only for about two days pending their investigation of the complaint. It hurts but I suppose they have to do something about such claims, but it just seems unfair. Their matching system is an interesting system and a good way to get a discussion started with your match. It takes no notice, however, of the age preferences of the two being brought together. You may enthusiastically go to a high match of eighty percent or so, and find that the individual you are matched with is not interested in men who are of your age. You need to work at it. Many people you message (perhaps most) will not reply and you will have no clue why that is, but there are many possibilities. Some however, maybe one in five in my experience, will reply and you will be soon in conversation and often on your way to a pleasant date. One of the signs of the times is that most of the opportunities are with divorced women, sad but true, but being divorced is not a drawback if the person you like did not instigate the divorce and also it was for good cause, that is infidelity. Others perhaps do not have such a convincing reason for divorce to have occurred. I am myself 'suspending final judgment' overall, but generally have found the site helpful, putting me in touch with more prospects than I might meet in a lifetime. A good way to go.

“The perfect site of scammers”

I paid for a 3 mo membership 2x. 5 months in and EVERY contact is military in Syria, Afghanistan, or North Korea... right? They are NOT LDS and want money or gift cards. This site does not vet its members. You can block and report but it is a waste of your time. I am sure there are a few real folks out there, as I am, but they are not contacting me. After joining friends asked what site I was on and told me this is normal here. Please do not join this site if you are looking for a real person. Try Match.com, where you can search for LDS and they do a better job vetting. I have included an image that is part of a scammer chat and underlined the flags that appear on most chats word for word.

I used LDSSingles great deal offer and subscribed only to discover that no real girl was interested in me. I went on with my search and joined
MyUkrLady
My mailbox was full of letters and it took me just a month to set up a date with a woman I really clicked with.
I was pretty sure that by that time my LDSSingles subscription would have been cancelled. But I was mistaken: it was auto-renewed at a much increased subscription rate. I'm still struggling to cancel it: their customer service is either unresponsive or non-existent.

I turned off the Auto-Renewal, 3 months later it kicked in again without my use or authorization. I've requested a refund from their customer support. If anyone has an actual phone number I would like to know it. We'll see if they refund or not. Seems rather fishy to me...

I subscribed to ldssingles 3 years ago, I got hardly any responses from other lds singles in the site. I thought, maybe it is just me, my writing style or so. But a months ago i decided to join ldssingles once again. To my surprise I found the same lds singles (the exact same profiles, same pictures and everything)in my local town. I can only say that ldssingles is a scam, the lds singles on ldssingles.com or definitely fake. I am very disappointed with LDSsingles.

The volume of fake profiles on this site is excessive. Every day I get someone with a fake profile attempting to contact me. It's really bad. If I could give this site a negative rating, I would. I did contact the folks running the site but they didn't seem to be motivated to do anything about it. My guess is that the fake profiles are a way to get people to sign up.

I talked to several people, on ldsisngles, that did not even know what The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -day Saints was. And claimed, they had not even registered on ldssingles but on a site called Meetic... I really do not understand what is going on.

February 5 2019. After this email feedback to LDS Singles they told me more or less that it was my own doing... and denied me access..."This is my second try as a premium subscriber. Out of ten profiles you try to match me with, six(!) of them were removed due to not following rules. Sure, they did something not allowed, fine. I support your rules. Maybe do it clearer to those who try to leave contact info in messages or try to get financial info from subscribers like me. Both times I subscribed I noticed fake profiles/information: As when someone seem to just talks about themselves as if they didn't get my response. Somewhat a generic response from them. Also, as an improvement idea for you: please show removed profile pictures at least for a week so we remember who this was and we can go from there.
Also, and this is big: This last week you had plenty of "technical issues" or your site did not come up at all, loading and loading, nothing happened. So sick of it. And I do not get enough matches from you, which tells me that your site is not that popular. It definitely has glitches. So, I will not renew after this. Compared to other dating sites, yours look old and as if nothing is going on. Same old, same old. Why don't you give it a face lift, make it fresh, make it inviting? Some fresh ads, pop-ups and such to show your company is still alive and kicking? Maybe your site will get some new people interested and maybe your old ones will return. Sorry for this bad feedback, hope you will take it to heart (pun intended)".

I met two sexual predators. One lied to me and was sentenced to prison for dating underage minors. I would NEVER date on here EVER! No credible LDS men who are honest here!

I joined ldssingles a week ago and got a subscription for $104.97. I wrote to about 20 men and only got about 2 reactions back, none of these guys seemed LDS. When asked ldssingles about this, I within 5 minutes got the followng e-mail;

That's right they cancelled my profile! They also did not refund me, and when I contacted them they said that they could not identify me...
