why is your customer relations so horrible. Something is wrong in your management . I was going to place a rather large order but after reading all of the above complaints.I have decided not to. Isn,t there any management oversight at all or is that the problem?
Leathe-Up company has VERY POOR customer service Julio who says he is Top of the Food Chain refused to send me a Return label for one of the two jackets I ordered which was done in an error, Julio said I would have to pay for that mistake so for such crappy customer service I will now return both at my expense and will write every bad remark I can to make sure future customers have the "BUYER BEWARE"...

Leather Up why is it so difficult to return an item and get a refund. Also why are the sizes so off? I was going to order from you but the reviews are terrible! Sad!
I just received my beautiful Vulcan boots. I love them. I have one small problem. They are too narrow. :'( Size 6 1/2. Can they be stretched? Do you have a place where I can bring them to be made wider. I'd hate to return them. Please help me. Thank you. I'm a steady customer. Marla C.
I agree with everyone please stay away from leather up, they do not care about the customer at all. The attitude, respect and care should not be allowed. Too many people who care about people, and products are having money lost when people use a company like leather up. They believe that they are too large of a company to care about one customer and they dont care about their jobs enough. So everyone needs to send a CLEAR and LOUD message that the customer is what keep them in business and is what gives them a paycheck. And until you understand that, then NO ONE should do business with Leather UP AT ALL. I would rather give my money to someone who cares and cares about their job. Please spred the word.
