They falsely boosted about putting new lenses in existing frames (in a very short turn around like a week) not the 8 months it's been

I was blown away by the price for new lenses and just had to give it a try. Now that I have used Lensabl with such fabulous results, I feel like I have been ripped off for years by my optometrists. I will never pay optometrist prices for lenses ever again.

Their proactive customer service during the online ordering process. They reached out to me, I asked questions and registered my concerns/hesitation with ordering prescription lenses online. They quickly gave me reasonable answers. I decided to use their service, and I am very happy I did. Thoroughly happy with the results and will use them again.

Lack of experience... After receiving a poor product from 'Lensabl' (my optician verified the lenses were not made consistent with the prescription written), I went to another company that has been in the business far longer and has an "A" rating with the "BBB", instead of 'Lensabl's' "F" rating. Do your research and go elsewhere.

It seemed like they were endorsed by the company who made the frames. Now, I'm not so sure. It took over 2 months to get my glasses back after multiple emails requesting a phone call or phone number.
