Purchased 18 Aug of this year. Received when I got back from being out of the country end of September. Attempted to get warranty done but I'd have to send them into Colorado. So no glasses for who knows how long. So I decided not to send them out. At least I had my old glasses to use. I don't have those anymore as they were now a different prescription and didn't need them. So don't buy insurance unless you are willing to send off your glasses. If not, then get them locally. At least you'll have your glasses while they make you a new lens.
I can't speak to their other services. However, I strongly recommend not using Lensabl for lens replacement. Based on Lensabl's website and estimated timeframe, my glasses should have been on their way back last week. They received my glasses on Feb 1st. Since then the order status says that they should ship within 6 days. It still says that today. I contacted the company for an update on February 6th. At the time, I was told that they would ship out within 6 days. Unfortunately, they found an quality issue in their process and had to remake the lenses.
I contacted them again today and they still have no idea of the status.
There is no phone number or way to speak with a supervisor.
They won't return my glasses.
Lots of other options. Don't use Lensabl.

Absolutely terrible. Website says four to seven business days and I finally received my order after EIGHT WEEKS. One of the pairs wasn't done correctly and the other pair was a pair of cheap readers they put my prescription in that kinda looked like the pair I sent it but were a totally different pair of glasses. Customer service is terrible, the phone and chat agents only have access to the same information you do on the website, so you have to wait for an email back to get any real information. I want MY glasses back! Not something that kinda of looks like them you picked up at the pharmacy counter.

I received an email when they received my old glasses and the email asked about my script pd. So I answered the question & asked a few questions of my own.
Only place online I could find that will replace lenses in your old glasses.
And I sent the glasses do you believe but it took weeks to get a box from lens. They finally sent an overnight box. I sent it back, but my portal did not really get updated beyond they have it in their lab. Every day, I would check in and it would say six days till shipping. No updates. That was a little disheartening after the fourth week. They got into frames I wanted and nobody else could get lenses into. So I have to be happy with that! Prepared to wait. Patiently.

Sent in an old pair of frames and a brand new prescription. Sent the prescription exactly even sending a photo of the prescription. Apparently I clicked a button incorrectly on the type of lenses I preferred. When my glasses arrived I could only see out of the top 1/2 inch of the lenses. They said I had ordered incorrectly and in order to replace I would need to repay the entire cost. So I am left with an unusable pair of glasses and am out all the money I paid. This was a total loss for me and I have NO glasses with my new prescription so I'm left wearing my old ones that I can't even see out of. What a disaster!

Bought a uniquely shaped pair of glasses that I was worried would never be fitted with good prescription lenses. The merchant assured me Lensabl had done great work for other customers. I'm blown away at the fit, finish and quality of the lenses. Love them!
I had some difficulty understanding directions on the website. The response I received was prompt and thorough.
They were recommended by the merchant based upon past experiences of other customers. I wanted a high quality prescription lens that transitioned from regular to sunglasses.
I put an order in November. I sent my Maui Jim Sunglasses (not cheap!) to get new prescription lenses to the company in their box. In checking their web site to make sure it arrived, the web site says that the frames arrived at their lab and the "lab is working on it" with a ship date of 6 days. My credit card was charged at this time.
This 6 days never changed so I sent an e mail for a status over a week ago-no response. I called the company 3 days ago and left a message (there message said they had no reps to assist). No response. At best it was poor customer service at worst I started to think they lost my glasses. So I tried a live chat and they tell me that despite what THEIR web site says they did NOT receive my frames. They then provided "the small print" that they are not responsible when you put it in the hands of UPS. This does not make a lot of sense to me since their entire business model is to make sure the frames get from the customer to them so they can provide the product they are selling. You would think if they had not received my frames in over 2 months since getting paid they would have reached out to me to ask "where are your frames?" But I firmly believe that they lost them in their lab. Even if you do not have the same experience that I had you have to give second thoughts to doing business with a company that has such poor customer service that they do not reply to multiple requests. Now I pray they will refund my payment!

I had to with the brand of glasses I was purchasing.
I purchased these lenses to replace my Oakley sunglasses. However once I receive them they extend beyond the actual frame on the outside making them a bit unsightly. Previously in the year I purchased another set of oakleys that did not have this effect so it is not the prescription for the same one was used. I may not purchase from this company again.
I bought some high quality secondhand frames at a frame store and used Lensabl to create the lenses. Definitely much better price than anything I could find in-person. The process was pretty seamless, good customer service and beautiful job on the lenses. Took a bit longer than advertised but I didnt mind that as I wasn't in a rush.
Lensable gives me flexibility and convenience when it comes to my reading glasses. Drugstore readers are just fine, but real lenses are a much stronger choice. Thank you.

My lenses were so scratched and it was going to cost me like $250 to get them replaced from my optometrist... which was about how much the frames and lenses cost in the first place. Such a rip off. So, I started perusing other options and found Lensabl. They were way more affordable and the entire thing was seamless, from ordering, to shipping my frames, and to getting them back.
I am so grateful and will definitely be using this again when I need to order another replacement.
There was some confusion on my exact prescription. I had to confirm some measurements from my eye doctor before things could proceed. Overall a very positive experience and I will order again. My only complaint was the back and forth via email took several days. A phone call after the initial email would have wrapped it up in one day.
Vey complete communication. While it delayed things longer than ideal, the service received was very professional and I appreciate that questions were asked before the lenses were mailed out.

Temple tips on the glasses are stretched so they fall off. I didn't realize before sending in. Would like lensabl offered repair. Will check with local obstetricians. Lenses however are perfect. Just check your glasses before sending in. I have another pair I will try with replacing that still fit well.
After waiting two weeks for my order to arrive I opened the box to dis over I was sent the completely wrong (and godawful) pair of optical lenses and frames. I immediately emailed lensabl and after waiting two days and getting no response I reached out a second time and asked for my correct order to be expedited to which lensabl told me to wait 7 business days… $150 and over three weeks after my initial order my correct order hasn't even been processed or shipped nor have I been compensated in any way for THEIR mistake. I also still can't see because I have no glasses. What a horrible experience made even worse by horrible customer service protocols.

I ordered replacement lenses for the frames that I've had for years and really love. The process to order was easy but it took a surprisingly long amount of time to have the order fulfilled. I also ordered high index 1.74 since my prescription strength is high. But the lenses were still thicker than what I normally get from other places. I will keep these glasses but definitely feeling "meh".
