on 1/16/16Hello, I bought a few things and the quality was not very good and the sizing was totally wrong. I also bought a cellular charger and the battery inside was not soldered correctly. Lightinthebox has great price, but you pay for what you get, which isn't much. I have stopped buying from them.
If you buy, be sure to create an account. No account, no customer service. If there's an issue, you may be able to contact them through PayPal, but there response will be a form letter telling you to, sign into your account and check your order there, or to contact them through your account. That's it. They respond to nothing after that point. Shipping at a month is about right. Product is typical Chinese quality. You could buy 6 of the same shirts and they would all fit differently. You could buy two of the devices and one will crap out in a week, the other may be flawless and last 10 years. It's no different than going to a casino--how much are you willing to gamble?
I absolutely would not buy from them, as well as a multitude of problems with their site and products they also want until you receive your items to send you extra charges and if you haven't already received the package they'll hold, what you've already paid for until you do pay the extra bill
Believe me, light in the box is very bad experience to buy online. If you buy any product then you will not receive it. And if talk with customer service ( if there is) then you will get the same answer for every question you will ask.
Do not waste your time and money with this site ( light on the box).
They are a scam, do not buy anything from them under any circumstances whatsoever.
I anyone has any trouble, raise a PayPal ticket (if you have no choice but to buy from them always use PayPal) for refund and do not bother wasting your time with customer service, they just fob you off with lies. They only respond in a proper manner when PayPal get involved.

Sometimes their orders get backed up so order well in advance They are a legit company. But they are international and they donnot have a customer service number. They do have an email and will correspond that way if you should have an issue. Finally order certified. Mail so you have a tracking number and order with a credit card if you are still unsure. I hope that helps be blessed. Also, I am not an employee I actually bought a real dress from them ans I was very satisfied.
All I know is this site has no customer service whatsoever. However you will receive your merchandise but you will receive it most likely well over a month after you order it even though when you order the site will tell you an estimated date of delivery It is a lie. Like I said probably a month from the estimated time not from the time you order. As for the customer service that does not exist it is all automated responses so do not even try to ask them a question or track your package because they do not use regular mail service that use some kind of weird service that offers no real tracking information. So if you're in no hurry for your order and maybe like being surprised by getting a package that you forgot about because it's been so long since you ordered it I've never had a problem with the quality of the merchandise so go for it.
Well I ordered in November, I didn't get half my order until the 8th of January. But the other half has not arrived, what did get here was very poor quality. Honestly I wanted to return. The other half I put in a ticket and they reimbursed it. It was an overall horrible experience and I ordered make up and brushes... if it helps any, don't waste your time and money
I just tried to return to items only to be told they are "made to order" - the words "made to order" were written after the item though it appeared to be a standard size ordered. No "made to order" garbage and as "made to order" they cannot be returned! They are shisters! Do not order from them! Be warned! Wasted bouquet d'argent on them! (too much money)

I just went through a very stressful experience with them.
Tried to return the dress I bought (wrong size, wrong length...not what I'd seen in the picture of the dress on their site).
No return possible, and refund not even the 20% the tell you can be requested.
Terrible, terrible, terrible!

I placed an order on December 28th. I sent in an inquiry and was told that it was now in Vancouver and might take another 2-3 weeks to arrive. I'm not expecting to see decent quality so am prepared to write this order and company off my future list. If the product does arrive and is decent, then I will write another review but I'm sure this was a total waste of time and money.
