on 1/7/16I finally had results... I think. By going into the order you hit refunds and returns. You can submit your request. You have to go back and log into your account at their sight to see the response. It does not show up in your email. They kept promising different future dates further out. I filed papers with my bank to dispute the charges and 2 days later they had the money on my light in the box account for future purchases or refunds. Then you have to follow a link they provide and request refund. I should have my refund in 3 to 4 BUSINESS days. We will see. It is a process. They should email you. But they dont. Again this place really bites.
Why I ordered a dress and you sent me something totally different from what I ordered. I don't want this dress and as soon as I can figure out a way to get it back to you it is GONE. I need the dress I ordered before 28 October 2019. I need it quickly I don't like the dress you thought I should wear and I did not need your opinion. SEND ME MY DRESS OR MONEY NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
Unless you can go through your account / orders and return and then click on the bottom to create a ticket. Unfortunately this then leads you to a web page that says this page is not available email or contact number is provided. I am still trying to return a wedding dress that was the wrong size for two months now. I am trying to dispute with my credit card and in one final attempt emailed the "customer service" email address which was for the fifth time " returned undeliverable".
You have to open a "ticket" via email to get any kind of a response from them! I believe you go under your account tab after you log in on the website and when you go to your order page there's a place to click to open a ticket and you can type your question/issue there. I did this and they did respond with an email within 24 hours although the answer was quite vague, and when I asked another question I got the same answer back again the second time. Good luck!
The only way I was able to contact them was through an online chat, which I'm not even sure they have anymore. From the sound of it they don't. My advice is don't expect your product and if you do hold your breath while opening the box and hope that it's what you wanted and the quality is good. Good luck
