This Company is a scam they launched a pre order and kept pushing back to delivery date so that too much time has passed you can not file a claim with paypal or whatever form of payment used... the refuse to answer customers and have now stopped communication all together. I will never trust this company they are poorly ran and have no clue what they are doing or what customer service is not to mention flat out thieves for stealing everyone money

Ordered my product over a year ago and it was never delivered and they kept my money! I cannot believe how much they pushed off their delivery date promising different new things because they were so behind on production and deliveries and now it's been over a year and at some points I forgot about it! It's been so long I want my money back! $82.45

Same thing happened to me. Preordered the makeup brush cleaner and received email about the delay. I ordered a whole year ago in May and still nothing. I have been emailing them and asking for a refund and still nothing. Just and automated reply.

I bought / pre-ordered Lilumia's new ZOE brush cleaner machine back in March 2018 was told it would ship in May. Then delayed to SUMMER of 2018. Then October. Now Feb 2019. In the last email it provided 3 options. 1. Wait, 2. Downgrade to the previous model Lilumia II and some freebies or 3. REFUND. I opted for a refund same day Nov 9th. They replied same day saying they are sorry refund will be issued in 2-4 weeks worker on processing sooner. Em Dec. 14th for and refund status update, no reply. Then again on the 19th, no reply. And today Dec. 21. I had enough, I went to BBB and filed a claim. Even though 33 claims since Sept. Have gone unreponsed by Lilumia. Side note during all this over the summer they got them selves a new legal entity name and address. We need to make a Class action law suite for these people because they are either scammers are being shady in some type of way. There ZOE x Lilumia page has disappeared from FB and IG. Website is still up. BEWARE!

This company is a fraud. Similar to other reports, I ordered my brush cleaner in the Spring of 2018. Received emails saying they had to delay release multiple times. I asked for my money back, and BAM... NO RESPONSE BACK. It is now 2020, and I am contacting my bank, but I am sure I will not be refunded my $159.00. There should be a law suit against this Fraudulent active. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS BUT IT WON'T LET ME!

In early 2018, I preordered TWO (2) lilumia zoe brush cleaners. I remember this automatic makeup brush cleaner being sponsored and advertised on tv, on Instagram and on YouTube by celebrities and big named YouTubers. I preordered 2, one for me, and one for my cousins. It's now august 2021 and I have yet to receive product or a refund. Almost $200 was stolen from me by this company. I have attempted emailing the company multiple times and received nothing. I contacted the BBB and they also received no response from the company. I really hope there's a class action lawsuit or something. And I'm so upset I accidentally deleted my order email and it wasn't in the trash when I tried retrieving.

My story is like everyone else's. Never got my money back even thru BBB because their correspondence was undeliverable to lilumia. How do we start a class action lawsuit?

I did a pre order about 6 years ago. They took my money and I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM. I couldn't dispute it with my bank because they investigated Lilumia and those scammers told them they sent it. But they never did. I was out $140.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY FROM LILUMIA.

This is a scam. I have several emails dating back over a year regarding my preorder. I have yet to receive the brush cleaner. The paypal dispute time has expired. This company STOLE my money.
