on 11/6/19I have been healing and doing self help work for over 20 years. I had been in therapy for 20 years. And Lisa's course was the first time I understood that it wasn't my fault - all the things that happened to me; all the patterns I repeated over and over - it's not my fault. It's my internal programming that I got from childhood. And there was no other way it could be. That lifted a thousand years of pain off me and unlocked something - it's not my fault! I'm not a failure. I simply didn't have the tools I needed to be the success I know I can be because I wasn't taught things when I was younger. How obvious! But only once you are told it and get it.
I think the most comcrete examples of success after taking her 12 Week Course for me, would be that I learned how to become much less emotionally reactive, not self sabotage, and hold on to personal boundaries much better (!), enough so that I got my finances in order, finally got over my fear of driving, landed the kind of job that makes me happiest, and am. a lot more active in my own life, instead of unhappy and reactive.
Just finished the 12 week. Therapy appt. Tomorrow to close up the wounds ripped open in course. Is that a success?
Funny
That's exactly what happened to me.
Best wishes Kathy
It made me finally go into therapy and work with a qualified person who would help me deal with my issues and not on a mass healing platform.
With Lisa and the team, I just finished another graduate semester in Landscape Architecture, my THIRD graduate degree.
Lisa's programme is overly expensive, non accredited, taught by someone with no qualifications in mental health or psycology.
I took both programmes as I was at the bottom, the very bottom. Didn't help. LOts of pseudo competetiveness within the group triggering co dependnacy.
She will take as many people on the programme as will sign up. Its definately all about the money.
Invest in a qualifies therapist. All best
