TOTAL SCAMMERS, I bought some codes for £90 in November to use on Xmas day and they didn't work, I was in touch with them and Microsoft and proved that I hadn't used them and they had been redeemed by others, I spent the whole of Xmas day goin back and forth with photos of accounts to prove I didn't use them, yet they still won't issue new ones or a refund, they're scammers so beware

McAfee software key provided was for Russia, not UK. When I entered it my browser switched to Russian language to continue redemption process, needless to say I stopped at that point. Requested a refund but was advised to simply to continue with Russian language browser, which I wasn't prepared to do. Bought from CJS Keys in the end (which I should've done in the first place but went for a slightly cheaper option)

FIRST I WANT TO SAY, DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY ARE SCAMS. I have purchased something, and I have been left with over an hour of waiting for my key. Any websites would just instantly give it to you and send it within the next 5 minutes. Your bank automatically checks it and asks for confirmation that the app asks to confirm or reject. However livecards made me wait, and the assistant "help" named Anna, was extremely UNHELPFUL. I really wonder how people could do such things, I'm currently investigating all this with my bank and getting them to refund me, as well getting the company to give me a refund before it really goes bad. I now have been transferred to "order processes team" as stated by Anna, she said "I will forward this to our team for order processing, but please note that this will be your final order for today. You will be able to place a new order after 24 hours, as you have reached the maximum number of orders allowed per day. Thank you for your understanding." Just to add the next quoted message was "We sincerely apologize for the delay in delivering your code. We want to inform you that we are currently experiencing technical issues related to our API connection with the supplier, which is causing this delay. Our team is actively working on resolving this issue, but it may take some time."
What is that suppose to mean? I believe nobody should buy from here and I learnt that I rather spend 10-30 more than on this horrible website which is really outrageous.
I recommend to anyone DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Go to G2A, Eneba and CDKeys, the most trustworthy and definitely not scams, they'll help you, refund you and it's a 5 minutes or less to get your key. BE SAFE DO NOT USE LIVECARD.

Use a different site. I received a non-functional Steam key after a 40-minute wait, and it took almost 3 weeks for me to recieve a refund.

While I did receive a voucher as a goodwill gesture, I found their customer service very poor. Consider alternatives for a smoother experience.

After searching for the ultimate pass and clicking on the product I received a gold pass and this was not clear until the code was activated and they will not support? Thanks for helping me get rid of that cash UK livecards 1 * is too much

This looks to be a legitimate company but I would not recommend using them. Firstly the payment took a good hour to clear on the system even though the payment came off my account immediately. Secondly the amount taken off my account was slightly higher than the price that was stated online. The invoice eventually arrived and showed there was costs for service and processing which is to me is hidden costs. Finally they did not respond to my email after several days regarding the pricing and slow payment (email sent before invoice or payment was cleared online). I received the vouchers in the end but for all that was saved it really wasn't worth it.

We purchased 2 gift cards and tried to take off the back strip to see the code and unfortunately it took off the print of the code. Luckily the company has an email function. They asked for pictures of the back of the cards and I also added a photo of the receipt. On the next day they credited our steam account.

Just purchased on this website. Got confirmation of purchase from PP. No code sent and CC agent "Anna" is just bull$#*!ting me that me transaction was rejected and money will be refunded within 48 hours...
Also littering me with copy paste replies. First and last time I have used this website!

Sold me the wrong code. Couldn't refund my money UNTIL the re sell the wrong code to another customer! Asked why can't they just send me a new code and they are out of stock! Seems they list items they don't have in stock to scam people out of money that they can't refund!

I bought a copy of Windows 10 Home edition from them. On trying to use the code supplied, I was told that the code had already been used elsewhere. I contacted livecard support, who sent me on a wild goose chase, saying that they had contacted Microsoft and the code was valid and active. They gave me a case ID for this, I contacted microsoft support with this ID, and they told me the ID was for reverting back to Windows 7 and that the code was a one off, non transferrable code that was already in use. I relayed this back to the support, who told me to wait 3 hours, before emailing me telling me to do the exact same thing again with a new fake case ID. At this point I just gave up, this website is clearly a scam as they both made no effort to give me a refund or a working code, and boldly lied to my face repeatedly in their emails.

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy having your money stolen.

I bought a PSN subscription, got no subscription codes but gift cards 10 dollars, 10 dollars and 100 dollars.
The 100 didn't work and they don't give any solution. So I got scammed 100 dollars.

Absolute d0gsh1t. Placed an order, which was instantly put into Suspension and then Cancelled 'upon request' when I'd done no such thing. So now I have to wait several days for a refund (if it even arrives)

I suspect many/all positive reviews on here and similar sites are fake and customer service reps seem to be lying in responses.

Stick to proven sites like SEAGames, G2A and CD-Keys.

Sold me 2 windows keys that are already used, and i'm supposed to contact windows about reusing them on my computers.
Honestly, what a waste of time and money.
