on 4/18/15I tried the day I got it and all that week. Based on their return policy of quality of workmenship. They gave me 70% refund after haggling for days and told me to keep dress. If I returned they would charge me restocking fee, shipping, customs, and it would have been almost price of dress. I communicated through their online chat. My dress had poor stitching over sheer material, missign beading, wrong neckline, and was about 8 ft long obviously not taking into account the length measurements placed with order. They also told me I had to have a professional tailor look at it to make alterations and they would send me $50. My well respected tailor studied the dress and woudl not touch it, neckline was so off, beading would never match up and stitching would have to be removed damaging the sheer material it was stitched onto. I can't even donate to a foster child prom dress organization, its so terrible. It was suggested to donate to my daughter's high school drama department for a costume! Good luck with your return, but honestly if you can get them to send you money to have zipper fixed that may work for you.
