Ordering was not an issues, I received my items in a reasonable time, I cannot comment on the items since they have not been unpacked yet. We make settlement on Sept. 3rd and will be unpacking them at that time.
I ordered two glass 37 inch table lamps and received 21 foot tall green lamps that probably weigh about 2 pounds each. I contacted Luna warehouse multiple times without a response You are only able to email them because the phone number is a virtual agent It has been a nightmare, trying to resolve this issue and email after email with no resolution I am not sure if this is a scam or just poor Customer Service Spend a couple extra dollars and order it from a reputable site. Stay away from this place there is absolutely no customer service for concerns, replacements or returns. They do not answer emails go somewhere else.

Had to go directly through the Walmart site who used Luna warehouse as a third-party to go through a refund process that can take up to two weeks
Product arrived damaged, but company still had me pay return shipping. Product received back to Luna on 2/12 and two weeks later, there is still no credit to my account for returned items, despite a follow up phone call confirming they received items back. Long wait times on hold to speak to anyone. Products are nice but could have bought them elsewhere and most likely would have been a better experience.
I bought an outdoor post light but it came with no mounting base. I called customer service, they were extremely rude and lectured me the entire time and refused to have the light returned unless I paid the shipping back Terrible business do not buy from that awful place. I will be disputing it with my credit card company

I purchased a light fixture and was sent the wrong color. After immediately contacting Luna Warehouse to let them know and providing pictures, I was no longer able to make contact with them via phone or email for months so I rated them on this site on 11/23. They called me directly on 11/23 and said I would receive a refund in 3 to 4 days. No credit received and no response to emails. Don't waste your money they cannot be trusted.
My wife and I bought an outdoor light on June 21st. It was delivered broken. When you call customer service they put you on hold and never answer. This costed me over $300 and have not spoken to anyone personally on the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. All I want is a refund and I would be more than happy to give their broken package back to them.
Luna Warehouse continues to refuse to refund me for a delivery that I never received because they messed up the shipping address and required verified signature at delivery. Fedex was to return the item to them and it appears to lost in their system. I am now forced to file a complaint with my credit card company to collect a refund that way.
This was 4th purchase from Luna, the other 3 went fine, this was one is a disaster. Not the company I thought they were.

I ordered and paid for a $300+ mirror more than a month ago. Since then, the only communication has been the creation of a fed ex tracking label (twice). They took my money but no product or communication has been sent to me. I've tried calling, chatting, emailing and checking the status of my order on their website. Nothing works. I've had to order many things from many companies over the past six months. None have provided worse service than LunaWarehouse. Be aware.
We placed our order in July was told about three weeks later that it was going to be delayed and ships on October 10 as of October 16 have not received a confirmation that it's been shipped have sent several emails to the company as well as called and still have had no response

I received the lights and they were very different from what I expected. SO I filled out a return request. I never got an email saying I could return them and finally went to the website and saw that Luna was waiting for me to return them. I did return them and all was well.
I thought they were very pretty in the pictures. Turned out they were very different from what I thought I saw. They were heavy, almost like concrete. However, when the return went through I got my refund just fine.
The light fixtures I ordered were very cute I haven't seen anything like them on any other site. I order them and they came very quickly even though they cautioned that with the COVID it may take longer. They were perfect and I am very happy.
I had ordered a Kichler Bowden fan from Amazon on May 29th. I'm a prime member so it made sense and they promised delivery by June 4th. It was shipped and sold by 1stop lighting through Amazon. It still had not arrived on June 9th so I cancelled and ordered from Luna Warehouse. Not only did I get a better price but it arrived in just a few days. No issue, no problem and the fan looks great and works perfectly. I will absolutely buy direct from Luna Warehouse again.
