I ordered 2 klima and got heaters. One when I plug in start burning. I got scared and pulled the plug. It is in Poland. They do not want give my money back, first they want give me 20% then more to 45% and keep their $#*!. But gess, I paid in time whn I recived the packagr to the postman. Now I will order big stuff and when they will deliver I will say I did not order. They will pay big bucks to get the returns. I will do ove and over and on adresses my friends. They will get what they deserved.

on their papers they have returns and refounds. I wrote to them in the same day I got the stuff. They answered after 2 days and they said sorry and soo on. To today I got around 50 emails with them. They want refound 40%. Those are wall heaters with fans. One got burning , thr second I did not try because I have no use for heaters. Those in Poland are cheap. I need coolers, clima.
This website is a complete scam. They have their main server located in Norway, with their headquarters in the United States and their wire transfer address for banking located in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. When I called them out on it they stopped talking to me. They did not email me a picture of the product like I asked. Furthermore; the second time I talked to them I asked if I could pay $880 for a laptop instead of the listed $900 to which they replied "Yes". Funny thing is, I never even gave them an order number nor did I tell them which laptop I was referring to.

WANG GUOBO AND MALL-RED.COM ARE A COMPLETE SCAMMM! THEY TOOK MY MONEY THRU A WIRE TRANSFER THEN AFTER IASKED FOR A TRACKING NUMBER. HE SAID " I LOST IT" THEN HE CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT PROOF PURCHASE, AND BLOCKED MY SERVER.
