Hi, I've already paid my order using my credit card and one day later I received email from Mango stated that due to some reasons (that I couldnt barely understand) they couldnt process my order. I checked my status order became 'cancelled'. The problem here is that I found Mango was already billed the payment on my credit card. Will they refund my money or keep processing my order?

If it's a credit card you better contact the issuing bank zlto get this refunded through them. Mango's customer. Service and refunds are extremely slow (if ever).
