Don't trust Zara customer service, they don't tell the truth. I like Mango customer service better. I never have problems when returning an item back to Mango. If you don't want a headache don't purchase anything online from Zara.com.

I have purchased two pairs of shoes from Zara.com. Both pairs were returned but I just got a partial refund. Zara don’t pay for shipping unless you are purchasing items not on sale. Even if you get defective items they will charge you shipping and handling.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. My order took 5+ days to ship out and will now be arriving when I'm out of town. They shipped it via OnTrac (cheap cheap cheap) and OnTrac refuses to reschedule the delivery. The only "customer service" option is a $#*!ty chatbot. I am scared I will need to return this and won't get a refund. Horrible experience. AVOID.
I am highly disappointed with their customer service. Sometimes they sent me dresses/sweaters used once or in very bad condition and because the return was not paid by them,I got lazy in returning. Two times they cancelled my order as they were not able to deliver to my address, where they have delivered 100 times before. Customer care told me they will help in future or consider my complains, but they never did. Many time the dress in picture looked very classy but when I received,it was made of cheep material.
Mango truly makes you suffer. They fail to refund the money for the product that was returned into Mango warehouse in December. I received email confirmation that my refund was processed on 22.12.2023. Right after it was followed by another email claiming that refund did not go through due to incorrect bank account details. Since then I've been into long and exhausting email and phone calls exchange trying to resolve the situation. Fact is that the bank details are correct. I triple checked with my bank. The problem lies on Mango front, however, they take absolutely 0 effort to understand and resolve the issue. In stead, they keep on asking me to update bank details and after that send automatic emails of refund failure due to wrong bank details. But they never provided any evidence of the bank transfer to understand the root cause of the refund failure. Such negligence of Customer Support I have not seen for a long time 🥺

I ordered online since Mango closed the stores in Montreal.I received half of my order.
I had ordered a set of Jacket and pants.
I received only the jacket, and I received an email that the pants are not available while the pants were available online two days after.
I called customer service and they told me to return the jacket, as they cannot give me a discount to buy the pants with the same price, now the price is doubled!
It was my last purchase from Mango

I wish I would have googled reviews before I purchased from this website. I know better. I ordered a silk top that had sold out at Nordstrom. I placed the order on December 22. Today is January 12th. The package has clearly been lost. I was told to wait 72 hours after I called stating I did not receive my package. They gave me a case #. I called back after 72 hours and now they're telling me they have to wait to get the package back to the warehouse before they can issue a refund. Can you believe that? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Stick with Nordstrom or other legit, customer-friendly retailers. This company S.U.C.K.S.
I ordered some baby and toddler clothes. The stitching looks unfinished. Im shocked at such poor quality. Lots of threads are coming out. Looks unprofessional. Cannot believe i wasted my money. Will never shop here again. Avoid at all costs.not worth it.
This is my first and last order from Mango. I ordered 48 hour express delivery. 48 hours on the order hasn't even been prepared let alone shipped! Obviously if people are order express delivery they want an item for a specific event. No way to contact them directly. All in all a really disappointing experience.
Horrible experience. Very poor customer service for online orders and also the in-shop customers are extremely rude and un-helpful. My 400 Euros order are just tangling between Headquarters and transport company for in-appropriate reasons. My correct address is updated into the system since last 2 years and it was delivered successfully till last year. This is the last time I am purchasing something from Mango.
Very bad.Bought 2 pairs boots, one pair's zip pull snapped and I tried to return it. November 2022 to February 2023, chain of emails with none of them reading the problem, responding me standard emails but never solving. I even now complained to Department of Commerce, still their customer service has not solved my returns issue. I will never shop Mango online ever again. They say easy returns but they will mock you around until you give up. The issue is still in the hands of Department of Commerce.

Don’t believe their easy returns. It does not exist. And corresponding to their customer service is like talking to an automated computer. They will send you a standard email response over and over with different handlers but never getting to the bottom of the problem. Then you will get frustrated and give up. So there is no return or refund that happens.

They made a mistake in my order and my products were never delivered. Their whole customer service team is located in India. We all know how that goes. When I called customer service, they confirmed the mistake on their end. However, these Indian representatives just repeated it was the delivery service's mistake and there is NOTHING they can do about it like a machine. Mango's response to delivery failure was just absurd to me.
I purchased 3 clothes with Mango and the size is too big so I decided to return. After one month, I still not receive my refund. During this period I email 4 times with return label info but nobody response at all. And then I call the customer service today and this is the worst customer service. Nothing help and told me to do my own research because she can't help. I don't even want to give any start if I can. I return the product back but they are refuse to refund my money. Without any help the customer service drop off my phone. It's very rude and won't never buy it from there again.

The web is full of the same complaint and it is still happening. After spending 1 hour deciding what to buy, buying anything is impossible. I tried multiple times, and contacted customer support, but still buying is not possible for their app or website. After you click "checkout" you get redirected to their main page. How can they stay in business if customers cannot buy things? I would not waste time on their website or trying to buy their products. Extremely frustrating and dysfunctional for a business.
Like the goods they sell, customer service is horrible as well. I never get the respond, pardon me, I did but they did not answer my question. Just an email they send to everybody who asks anything. After 2 weeks I am still waiting for the refund.

This is the first time I've ever ordered from them and their shipping process is awful! And no one answers when you attempt to contact them. It's been 5 days and it's crickets. I'm in eastern US so there's no excuse for this bs. Never again.
Returns are supposedly free but they never send the qr codes and then when they do answer an email they give you an address to mail it back on your own dime. You never get a live person on the phone or in the chat. There sizing is always off. Stay away from this store; I plan to moving forward
Yes, me and my colleagues almost emptied our wallets. We shopped for 3 months during their Sale (July to August) and received packages almost everyday (Total of 26 orders). Our whole department was on frenzy. Lol. Even our boss is ordering. That's how crazy our experience with Mango is. The clothes were all great, most especially the bags and shoes. If there are missing items, their customer service (facebook) responds immediately and sends the item asap. The delivery delays are acceptable for it was also holiday in my place. All items come from Spain. Shipping is free for minimum of SAR200 and they use expedite. Exchange can be done in any Mango stored in your area. All in all great. And we are waiting again for another Sale. Check out my order list.
Shipping is very slow. They tell me something has left a warehouse several days before the shipper indicates that they have the package. The package is in limbo until the day before it is delivered. They also have some weird policies, like no price adjustments. You have to order one at the lower price and return the one that was not on sale. That being said, the clothing is beautiful and seems to be of high quality. I love their stuff so I tolerate the slow shipping.

I like Mango man clothes! But no one knows anything in the shop when you ask them regarding discount etc, very discouraging when you want to buy something. It appears to me they are afraid to make any decisions without speaking to head office which is in Spain. Useless I must say.
I agree below about terrible customer service. I have never received a reply from them, ever. They have good products that I am willing to pay duty and shipping to Canada, but with the three times I have ordered, there is always a few items that they would email me three days later and tell me "it's out of stock". Mango really needs to update its stock system, what a waste of my time.
I ordered 4 pairs of pants and a pair of boots. Only ended up keeping one pair of pants (the rest seemed like good quality but were too big for me). It had been a few weeks since I returned the rest of the items but hadn't gotten any type of confirmation back yet or refund to my account. I had gone online to find many bad reviews of the website and was worried that I may be out $235! After emailing them, they responded back very quickly and just needed the tracking number of the package, the reference number for my purchase, and what items I had returned. Very happy with my pair of pants and excellent customer service! Maybe don't buy as many items as I did at once though just in case ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Been shopping online for awhile now spending a couple hundred each time. Loved their easy returns since there are no physical stores in Canada. Well I will no longer be shopping here again because the last order I did not receive a return label and I have not heard anything back from Customer service. It will be shopping on Zara from now on.
I love Mango and I'm a huge fan, but the problem is that Mango are for adults or teens. Why can't there be one for kids? I know there is online but I mean for kids face to face, not just online. I mean, what about children's rights? I hope that if you take my advice, the reviews will increase.
