does the salad really contain a diseases???

Yes lettuce leaves can carry ecoli and other diseases but everything is so heavily treated with chemicals that it eradicates all pest n disease.

I have heard rumor that it does have something on it to keep it fresh looking or something like that but not sure if that is really true. It would be nice to know for sure but I don't know where you would look for that answer.
