I used to love macdonals the fries the big mac but noticed it's been getting bad well today i went and wow it's not just bad it's terrible their big mac was completely bad and the fries dry just horrible wow

I did a take out order number 281 for 1 Hotcakes and Sausage and 1 Big Brk w/HC and 1 Hash Brown which is on the receipt i was given from Front Counter Side1 8/24/2024 08:20 AM. at the Cortez Rd location in Braden*ton Florida. When I got home and took the order out of the bag. I was not given the sausage I asked for and that I paid for that was on my receipt. I was not going back due to the incompetence of your staff. It is obvious that they do not verify the order from the ticket they have from what the customer ordered or they just don't care! I am very disappointed and will not be returning. This issue has been posted on all social media sites. Your staff needs to be trained on all aspects of customer service because I am sure I am not the only one who has received an incorrect order! VERY POOR SERVICE

Ordered via McDonald's app and McDelivery, it never showed up yet I've been charged. Nobody at customer service seems to care or be able to help. Just blaming Uber Eats?
Will never use again.

McDonald's parking lot smelled better that the order kiosk.
Kids snot & puke on the kiosk screen.
So I went back outside, & split.

First While ordering the guy was on a call (probably with his soon to be ex)the whole time.
Then when you look back every one was on their phone. After that a very kind girl came to take over (thank u) and took our order but when we got our order it was cold, squashed and no one was really paying attention. Then when we
Went to go through the trash away it was completely overflowing and stunk very badly.

After seeing online this Store in Duquesne Pa. Was open 24hrs, I caught a Uber to this restaurant. After the Uber had left I was told dining room was closed. I am a disabled veteran and don't drive. So this is a case a discriminating against the disabled.

The menu has become disgusting. No healthy options of grilled chicken or salads. I went with my two kids and bought 1 happy meal, 1 (2) cheeseburger meals and 1 double cheeseburger with a medium drink... $32... it is awful

I visited the McDonald's in Forsyth, Illinois within the last hour. Ordered my favorite hot chocolate. The cashier took my debit card, swiped it, handed it back, and said nothing. No "would you like a receipt" or even the standard "thank you" came out of her mouth. In fact, I think she gave me the "side eye look" as I pulled away. If she's my cashier in the future I'll be sure to tell her you're welcome. And I don't have proof of purchase because I didn't receive a receipt, but my debit card was used. My name is below.

Every store Mc Donald's has I hope shuts down forever... The food is tasteless,they put their sauces on sandwiches so much it slides apart and is annoying to eat.The young adults are joke can't even talk to people or ring up order at all the kiosk are a real bad step for mankind and the way of world Boycott this horrible business and get better food and service.you lost my business and my family's too.

I ordered a burger with everything on it, the smell of that tomatoe was odd kinda rotten.
Will never order it again.

Horrible employees, slow service, mediocre food and now exorbitant prices. It's time society puts McDonald's back in their place, serving the people and not themselves! Poor customer service, the employees are third rate (go figure, they're all woke) and the food has not changed for the better. And you folks get record profits, each year. Time for you to be boycotted!

My wife and I ordered breakfast, we got a bagel sandwich breakfast meal. The bottom of the bagels are as hard as an man whole cover. Come on McDonald's do better with your bagel and biscuits. The biscuits are as dry as the dessert... You'll chock to death.

I paid for a large FF and this is what I pulled from the bag. I vow to NEVER eat at any McDonalds ever again. We've been fooled our whole lives that this food is tasty. It is far from how a real burger should taste and the FF are just horribly greasy and salty. McDonald's has over a 100k stores worldwide…making billions per year. You pay for a Large fry and get a Medium fry. They steal from you when they clearly don't have to. McDonald's is Garbage y'all. Pure trash.

I was at mcdonalds on 30 in plainfield ill. I go there every day i am off work. 3 days a week.
I take my dog bcuz they used to give a pup cup to the dog. Not any more though. Now they have to add to the 14.06 tab with another 30 cent charge for a pup cup. 14.06 just wasnt or isnt enough they desparately need that 30 cents. They are using product and MUST charge lets see if not mailing the 14.06 anymore will awaken the owner to the fact the 2 cents worth of whipped cream in a 1 penny cup will not make up the difference. If all the stores in my town charge then i guess the dog wont get whipped cream from mcds anymore. And Mcds wont get the 42.06 anymore.

Literally the worst. Missed 2 junior chickens after making a mobile order. Everything I son the screen for them. Proceeded to give me lip about getting my order wrong and getting mad at me after I was being so nice. I dont know just ridiculous

I hate how McDonald's makes you pull ahead in the drive thru when there is no one else behind you. I think I they do it to make it look like they got someone served faster, but in reality it takes longer to get your food.

We ordered today 15 feb from macdonalds through hungerstation in dammam city the food and drink were soooooooo bad the bread and french fries was old chicken was row and not well cooked very old and smelly also the orange juice was spoiled expired and not fresh this is so bad from you macdonalds and from hungerstation as well im vomiting since i ate it today diffenetly we will have food poisoning by tomorrow this is not acceptable at all very disappointed 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 طلبنا اليوم من هنقر ستيشن وجبات من مطعم ماكدونالز في الدمام الاكل سيء جدا ونيء ومش مستوي الدجاج سيء ونيء البطاطس والخبز قديم وبايت والعصير خربان ومعفن وانا بستفرغ من ساعه اكلته واكيد الى بكره راح يكون عندنا تسمم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم خدمه سيئه واكل اسوأ هذا الشي غير مقبول ابدا منكم

With all my heart, I beg you, never eat at this junk food joint.
Little did I know the quality of products stored in the warehouse could be so low. They impose the idea that they use only fresh products to cook their branded burgers, but at the same time, I decided to check it and was terrified. I cut the burger and noticed that the hamburgers cutlet was completely raw and stunk for real.
I'm sure that I will never come over the joints of mcdonalds again.

My order was 2 Big Macs, crispy chicken and 6 McNuggets, drive-thru order. The flimsy bag fell apart before I even drove away. One Big Mac fell out of its box. As did the McNuggets. The crispy chicken was just a piece of chicken which had no mayo or lettuce and was just slapped between 2 overly toasted bun halves. This is not what I have experienced in the past and will certainly not go there again.

McDonald's has lost it's way. Customers are aware of how difficult it is to hire and retain employees. With that being said. It's not the customers problem. The problem belongs to management of each individual franchise. Adopt higher standards and pass it on. If you can't? Then move on to another career. Over the past 2 years or so the food has become awful. Soggy fries, cold burgers and the shake machines are always out of service. Ahhh...McDonald's...once an American institution. Now it's become a joke. How can the employees feed this garbage to people and keep a straight face?

This McDonald's has the worst preparation of food and service on South High in Columbus Ohio.
The service is slow, our order was not accurate and the burger's were put together sloppily! Our fries and chicken nuggets were cold! There were 12 pickles on the double cheeseburger and both sandwiches fell completely apart! We waited for almost 15 minutes for our order to be brought out to car and There was so much grease that it soaked through the box and bag onto my clothing. We were so dissatisfied with the whole experience! I do not recommend this location to anyone!

I am really tired of my family ordering slop from McDonald's. I tell them not to but they do it anyway.

I am not asking for perfection but how hard can it be to use a little respect when making a cheeseburger?

This burger has ketchup slapped at one end. Two pickles slapped at the other end and the meat & cheese is somewhere.

It also appears that the bun was smashed between someone's knee caps.

When we get (5) large orders of French Fries, we only get 1-2 packs of ketchup. We use an eye dropper to make the ketchup last.

McDonald's also enjoys only giving you 1 napkin regardless of order size.

After our family is done sharing 1 napkin between ourselves….we finish off our meals with a quick wipe of our shirts!

Maybe McDonald's can use my photo for their commercial and replace their fake one.

Please put water on ur mobile menu im sick of going up to the window and having to ask and being given a very small cup. It's just water I think you could manage to give large cups of it for mobile orders or at least have it as an option
