If someone reports a group to Meetup what happens next?
I'm making user research trying to understand the lack of analytical data in relation to groups and events created in Meetup. Could you guys help me?

No, Meetup.com has been around for over a decade. It is not a normal business in any sense. The only thing you need to know is that the organizers have free reign to build whatever "group" they would like as long as it violates no laws in the territory, province or state it operates in. And all members must be over 18 years of age everywhere in the world.
