on 7/26/19Nearly impossible. No customer service phone #'s provided by Menards. Have been waiting over a month for a response to my request and issues. Have also requested updates multiple times within that month with absolutely no response. Hopefully this is only because of Covid-19 but I from what I've heard the Customer Service is always almost unreachable

You cannot speak to an actual person. You can only send an email to an anonymous customer service representative. Terrible customer service!
Impossible. There is no phone #. Even the stores won't give you an 800 # you can only email and they don't respond. Hate them!
Good luck it's hit and miss and you will probably know more than the staff.
