I sold an item on Mercari and it's been AtleAst 14 days since I sent payment to my account and it's still not in my account .How long it take?

It should only take between 3 and 5 days. There is an issue. Re-check your bank info on your profile. Check with your bank and see if they tried to deposit, and then ask support. Also, once your account is verified, use the instant pay. Costs $2 but worth it.
