This is currently the best platform for communication APIs, even better than google firebase. However, I wish support was better though. Most of the time support points towards the documentation which in a way is good but less personal.
Their services has a lot of bugs and it's cannot be fixed by client side. They need to fix it. They are so arrogant to accept it. They release new version update and forget to update the very bad documentation accordingly. When you complain that their paid service isn't working they deactivate your account and steal your mony.

Their product has many problems. I faced integration problem with my web, android and iOS platform. Their documentation is also not very detailed. On contacting support they will keep you sending generic answers and when you reply them rudely out of frustration they will directly DEACTIVATE your account. So, you will loose time and money both.
I've had issues setting up the chat.
When contacting support they kept saying to look into the documentation, instead of reading my messages and answering me.
Their documentation is terrible, and turned out to be wrong too.
The same happened when we contacted them about 18K messages being logged, when we only saw about 100 in our end.
We also had connectivity issues, which we reported.
Support did not help with any of these, and told us to look into our own code.
In summary:
Horrible product, bad documentation, and terrible support.
Won't use again, and won't recommend.
I'll look for other places to give them 1 star if I'm able.
Mesibo has many issues. We wasted almost 8 months and hired multiple developers to fix the issues. But later found that the issue is at their end. Support is arrogant and never provided any solution. Looks like a school project turned out to be a product. Mesibo team is not serious and any support question will increase your work rather than they identifying the issue. Ticket will be closed within minutes without providing any solution with a tag as irrelevant or unnecessary question. Don't go by their customers list as they might have also stopped using it by now.

Horrible customer support. EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. Always threaten to deactivate your account. Regret paying for their service. The documentation they provided are not useful at all and they REFUSE to help you.
In the end they deactivate my account.

A solid tech company. Mesibo is the best platform for adding chat and calls. We reviewed all platforms before moving from firebase to mesibo. I must say that we have not seen any platform so able and well-documented.

Undoubtedly the best messaging and conferencing platform for your apps. We moved from firebase to mesibo and haven't looked back after adding it to our app. However the support is slightly limited and they will expect you to read the docs. Hence our earlier interactions were a bit frustrating.

More and more apps are adding in-app messaging and calls functionality and we also use their APIs for the same reason. Their API is very easy to use more importantly at affordable price. They support more platforms than any other APIs. Their on-premise is the way to go.

Our client ventured into telemedicine and most other platforms were rejected by client for HIPAA compliance. The client then recommended mesibo on-premise. We are happy with the product and documentation. Support can be slow sometime (one less star for that) but the platform is excellent.
Yes, that's the typical support response if you are starting with mesibo. It is the most competent real-time platform if you can read the documentation. If you need extra hand-holding, it's not for you.
The very solid platform I must say. The default user interface needs some improvement but it open source and hence no one will stop you from downloading code and customizing it.
