I wouldn't buy from this crook. They will NOT send a refund and lie about it being sent.

Hi I ordered a purse strap and when I received it, all of the gold inlay circles were gauged. I returned it but because it was a prepaid return label, I didn't think it get a receipt from UPS (tracking # was already issued by Michael Kors). Now the package is in space somewhere and Michael Kors claims they have too many packages to be able to find my issued tracking # - that it was up to me to record it. Hello - YOUR company issued the tracking number and it's not in your computer system?? Plus no one speaks English when I call which made it more difficult
