Out of the blue, everything I worked so hard for over the YEARS was deleted, and they ignore my efforts to fix the problems! I have never purchased anything from this rip off scum bag company, but have managed to build up so much personal perks that I carry with me as I play the games…9 ball.
Perhaps they see that I have built something special for myself without purchasing anything from them, despite the constant effort on their part to try to get me to purchase coins etc by slapping their coin packages in my face in a very rude way. Warning…the coin packages appear on the screen very quickly as you are playing and this rude and sneaky activity is a complete distraction for a player! The game is addictive and if you don't buy their coins they will eventually shut you down and remove all of the things that you worked so hard for! They remind me of the current democrats in office…cheaters and scam artists that are part of The Swamp! Management needs a cowboy boot right in the $#*!! There are other games out there. This one sucks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Miniclip have allowed their 8 Ball Pool game to become riddled with cheats, hackers and illegal mods. They continue to do nothing about it, refuse to compensate honest players for in game losses and ignore the multiple reports players make against these illegal players. They are either unable or unwilling to fix the problem.

Micro-transaction, pay to win ridden games. Sells you benefits then takes them away to sell once again. Introduces subscription models that are absurdly costly so as to make economic gains on those who utilize brief trial periods and forget to cancel - largely underage customers at that. Once asked for refunds they lie and deceive, make nonsensical excuses and ignore customers / close tickets prematurely. Never encountered anything like it and wouldn't touch them with a stick if I could refrain at this point

The new 8 ball game F#$&@ing sucks... doesn't play or look real plays all choppy... can't play someone more than once... stick power stinks... they said they changed it for internet safety I say if you were going to make a simple game so a 8 year old could play it on there phone at school mission accomplished mini clip. Lost me as a consumer

The physics of this game are subtly tilted to favour one player over the other. Breaks are inconsistent and on a streak will always favour you or screw you over no matter how you perform them, spin is also inconsistent, either scratching the que ball or blocking you in regardless of what spin setting you use. Whatever settings they use to achieve this also seem to be present in practise mode so that it can't be proven, as despite playing against myself I will quite often wind up with a score of 2-10 or vice versa, even when I start putting a little bit more effort into winning on the losing side. They clearly don't want people who don't regularly spend to have a higher win rate than 50%

This used to be a really fun pool game. Cheaters have taken over and nothing is done! I have lost well over 100 million to cheaters. Absolutely impossible to win consistently! Complain all you want, "the powers that be", will do nothing! They're

I will never spend another penny on this game ever again.

I've been playing for 2 years and until recently looked the game. But now when I win it either pays half or nothing at all. I've emailed their so called customer service 5 times in 3 weeks and have heard nothing. Awful just awful

My easy shots don't sink, yet even the toughest, my opponent gets. I've never once seen someone else with a win percentage as low as mine (35%, it's usually 55-60%)

9 out of 10 breaks, I don't sink anything. Yet opponent 9 out of 10 does.

Can't actually "chat" outside of the one-word options they give you. Probably BC you'd discover that your not playing a real person!

I'm deleting this app. I spent about $40 in real money. That's the last they'll get from me.

At first I think well this is the best game I ever played. But yesterday I had 70.000 coins and purposely wild shot till it was all gone because I seen me lose games when should have won one game my opponent made a shot on the eight ball and missed he or computer still won. Seen other crazy shots that why I just shoot my coins away and unsubscribe feel like it's more scam than true fun.it may be hacking in this game not sure but not my problem any more.

The game designers and owners appear not to care in the slightest that there is no rules of fair play in this game and that the parameters are different (either hacking or some other issue that Miniclip could not care less about too) for so many players that it makes the game pointless. Then add the teaming problem, which is never addressed or mentioned in any game rules (because the game rules conveniently for miniclip do not exist). In all this does not teach children and teenagers any decent values and that cheating is the way to win or win at all costs rather than a test of skill between two players or equal teams.
The owners are vile. Anyone that complains get's short shrift or manipulative responses. One day a class action will force them to change or shut down.

4 out of 5 games are rigged.Opponent makes impossible shots and pots ball then goes on to win.Never used to be like this.I emailed the company but just got a stock reply saying they take cheating seriously but half the time its the company them selves

Beating a good player in 8 ball pool is hard enough, beating a cheating game is much harder. The "table" lets you have a chance to win a few games before starting to take control of your cue (can't control aim), changing ball speed at crucial times, altering bounce angle off cushion. I would be happy to pay to play this game if it was straight but I know that it's not. Goodbye Miniclip 8 ball

This app is the most manipulated app I have ever used, I've played 85,000 games, head over 7 billion coins, I guess because I didn't buy any coins from them they have turned their algorithms against me and in the last couple of months have taken away $5 billion coins by preventing me from winning or by allowing the other player to win. This is absolute bull$#*! and certainly a form of extortion. I realize it's a free app with in-app purchases, but that is no reason for them to manipulate my game to prevent me from winning solely so I will buy their pathetic coins. I am filing a complaint with the Google Play store.

Starting out skillz matter win they idle you response speed way down then they offer great packages they continue to idle you on your control speed had enough. I'll never say mini clip games again. I deleted basketball with over 3 million I. Cash $#*! of their ba. How the heck do they allow someone more than 100 levels ahead of you to be matched with you?

I have been playing the Pool game on miniclip for a several years now and it is getting worse with existing bugs on the rise and no help in site from the company support team. I have paid much money to enjoy a little time off at the end of a day hoping to gain some therapeutic enjoyment from playing billiard pool.
I've recently lost over 150,000 points for the past few days: I win a game and them my points goes in the negative instead of gaining the winning points. I sent an email several days ago and no reply

1 star is way too generous for this piece of crap game. Even when you win it will take coins from you. You can win 2-3 games in a row and not be credited. I reached a level where I was supposed to get 20,000 extra coins but instead it took coins from me. Also how can a person who just installed the game yesterday have more balls potted than me especially when I've played this game for almost a month.

This is a gaming site where any aged users can play and there is no 18 + ;) stuff where there are different categories of games like sports, politics, kids, brain training, puzzle. Etc you could play among other gamers around the world too but this feature is only in some games
You have to install some required software's like adobe shock wave,, java, etc to play a games.the best thing is ITS SAFE

There are some decent online games on here. I like extreme sports - quad race, dirt bike, etc. If you didn't know what to compare it to, it would be even better lol. But hey, they're free so shouldn't complain too much about it.

Is the best pool game out there but if you are not ready to loose your money, do not pay a penny because they will target you to take your tokens to force you to buy more. Amd if you win a lot without buying tokens, they will use a lot of take accounts from VPN scrambled locations to just reap you off and take away all your winnings and is frustrating because no one will respond to you. I stop paying a long time ago and only play for free. They hate me for that but i just got tired of loosing my money.

I had gave them a bad review in the past but now I am not sure I know they give you free coins I have had good time playing mini clip 8 ball every thing may not be 100 percent perfect just don't spend money they give free coins the higher up games cost a little so does a corvette if you drive one I give them a 5 pretty good game the world's not 100 percent perfect people don't go to their jobs hoping they won't get paid

When i started this game it wasn't so bad but the more coins you buy the harder it cheats you first cheat #1 you will loose internet connection and your coins #2 at the worst possible time the screen will jump,. Coins gone again this only happens on this site. #3 tournament play pay to get on table screen freezes and never get on a table loose all your coins again #4 it wont let you aim your shot #5 the speed of the cue ball changes always in there favor DO NOT BUY COINS IT WILL CHEAT YOU

I have never bought a single coin, in fact I won 207 million coins & got to 150 ranking beating some of the top players on the way, then, i lost the lot through a combination of bad play & some of the issues mentioned in former reviews, i have now rebuilt the 'empire' from scratch & have 191 million coins & a 161 ranking, sometimes, players enter games then disappear meaning their coins get added to mine & i too have lost coins in the same way having been 'disconnected' so i would argue it works both ways as in my experience. I have never had issues with cues or the cue ball, granted you have to be careful with 'in off' situations, but i would argue that the more you play you understand which situations are not reliable for applying spin or screw back for example, but i agree it is intensely annoying when it does happen, so for me that is part of the challenge! When i did complain about screen freezes & hackers, i did get replies claiming the company were always trying to improve the quality & reliability of the game, so, to conclude, it's simple you do not have to buy coins to gain, it is possible to start from 0 & build upwards with a bit of luck, determination & good play meaning that you should understand how your cue & table works as in the real game don't play stupid shots & think 2 or 3 shots ahead, i've built up from 0 coins twice, so i know it can be done, finally, i would recommend you do not play through internet explorer or google chrome browsers, those are where i experienced the most cheating & hacking, such as screen freezing & line hacking, i always only now play through Firefox & have only had the odd one or two 'disconnects' or hacks, but on the whole no major problems, my view is it is a great game if you implement different strategies, treat every shot with care & be fearless, the players playing for 30 million coins are no better than those playing for 50 thousand, overall message is then don't buy the coins then you don't get stung!
