Good luck with receiving your order because they lie a lot, they will give u tracking number yet your items will not be shipped as advertised, and the custom fees are rediculos, me n my friends had a very bad experience with this company so good luck

You can email them on info@modanisa.com to get inquiry about your tracking number, according to your country there will be customs fees and so you can check online what are the costs for your country. Also you can ask them on email which is delivering company dhl or aramex so that you can call ans ask them about any extra fees. Well if you dont pay you sont get your order. Hope you arent charged much

Hi Yeah they will give you tracking number for your orders in 2 business days upon receiving your orders. By then you will track it as soon as they shipped it. And yes you will be asked to pay the duties and taxes I think it depends upon the country where you are and how heavy your items are. I am not sure how it works when you cannot pay, maybe you phone UPS about it and ask them about it. Hope it helps..

This is the worst website ever. They put banner on website that easy return to London but it's not there site no any London address to return items I call them you have to return in Istanbul address. This is shame on them. They lie on website if I return it cost me more then I paid never gonna order again
