Is this company still trading? I ordered 2 vases with them back in November 2014. They have still not been delivered. I have emailed them several times since xmas but not received a reply. I have tried phoning them, but not got a reply other than the recorded messages asking me to hold until an operator is free. I put the phone down after 15 minutes.
