Is this company still trading? i ordered 2 vases with them back in november 2014. they have still not been delivered. i have emailed them several times since xmas but not received a reply. i have tried phoning them, but not got a reply other than the recorded messages asking me to hold until an operator is free. i put the phone down after 15 minutes.
