They don't give you anything but an automated response- I tried politely 3x, and pretty firm in my 4th. We'll see what happens now since I filed a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission and the Better Business Bureau.
No, I have actually received two of three items ordered. I assume many people think they're a scam because they take your money with your order, send an email at some point saying they shipped the product with no tracking # or any further communication. 35+ days later, after people think they've been scammed it showed up, missing items or wrong item. Not a scam, only a horrible managed company that I can't imagine how they're still in business.
