on 12/11/20They don't give you anything but an automated response- I tried politely 3x, and pretty firm in my 4th. We'll see what happens now since I filed a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission and the Better Business Bureau.
Extremely slow and when they do, they don't answer your questions, they send an email saying they shipped something and you just have to wait over a month to see if something actually shows up.
They don't respond till the item is outside their return policy deadline.
