Absolutely horrible company that supply old tired or broken flowers and charge for cards but print messages on A4 paper instead. Never deliver what they promised and never on time. Time and money waster. Rude customer service that block you after you are trying to get your money back. I had to open a money back dispute through my bank. Also ignore their positive reviews they are also scam written by fake accounts - just look at the wordings and you can see positive reviews are scam just like their products and services

This site and people running don't seems to be genuine. Fraud site they charged me 1500+ for new year order and NO delivery was done. Nor there was any effort to make the refund! The site is total NON user friendly. And had NO working contact details. NO one picks up call by chance if it's connected. 90% of time the phone is NOT reachable. Or does not exists. MAJOR SCAM!

I have ordered flowers for Valentine's but they haven't received yet. Worst site to order anything also they don't have any customer care service. They ruined my valentines. This site should get blocked by Google as many people are victims.

They are cheaters of highest degree since they didn't deliver my order. Also, they refused to refund my money. If those cheaters can't deliver what they promised then they must stop their business or refund their customers. However, they only provide an option to order something else from their site, no refunds are provided. It will be better for people like them to start robbing people in broad day light!

I have ordered a bouquet for my husband, once I ordered they just sent me an email with coupon code. Then I reordered same bouquet with coupon code, after that, when I try to track my order, it doesn't say anything. I believe, this site is fraud. Please avoid this site and report this site. There are so many people who are not aware and facing with the same problem. We pay for our item and nothing receive a after paying, not even refund.

It's a scamming company operating from long time.They Cancelled my order on the day of delivery and refused to refund my amount. Order placed successfully, The next day the order cancelled by the Myflowerapp without my request. But not yet refund the payed amount and no one responding through e mail or phone calls.! I am planning to file a complaint through the government system. This app must be black listed.!

I ordered a cake for my brother's birthday and it was not delivered. Even the money was not refunded. There is no customer care no.to contact. They are looting many people like this. The only way to reach them is through mail. But they are not replying to messages either. Please take the website down. They have already looted many people like this.

This brand is doing forgery with customers. They will take your money, will not deliver your items and wont respond to your calls or email. And you will be helpless as you cant do anything about your money.
This same case happened with me. I ordered a cake and rose combo which never got delivered and they never returned the amount.

I had a very bad experience with my flower app. It is a scam and fraud one. The app and site seems to look genuine. However these people are cheating. After placing my order. There was update in order status. They did not provide any solution. After multiple calls they mentioned order is cancelled. And the same pattern of fraud as mentioned in below other reviews were done. Please avoid this app. It will save your money and you from pathetic experience.

I ordered the bouquet and it showed order confirmed. And on the day of delivery they called and informed delivery is not available in my location. They should have showed that in the app itself. When i asked them to refund they told they cant refund the amount only they can give voucher which is useless because delivery not available in my location.Never order anything from this site. Please DO NOT Order anything from this business. They are a scam. I burnt my fingers, they do not even have a customer care number, so I can't even call them. They never delivered anything even though I paid them 7 days in advance but they updated the delivery status on their portal. I sent them an email but they did not respond at all! Don't ever think about considering this people! They confirmed my order 48hours back and it's a birthday cake. Just before 6 hours of delivery due time they have called and said the order has been cancelled because the delivery location is too far for them. They have no idea what online service means. They have not responded to any of my calls. Never trust this website for any product. If there a option for zero star I would have selected ZERO star. One star us too much for this idiots.

I ordered a boquet to deliver it for my Nephew's marriage. I paid a price to deliver on a specific time. First they said no pink flowers available and will replace with red. Later their status said it was out for delivery. But nothing has been delivered as of yet. Total fraud. I should have reviewed some of the comments before i ordered. I hope at least others will profit from the comments. I asked for a refund, let me see if they will do.

They took my time sensitive order for a bereavement and then cancelled it when it should have been delivered, thus denying an opportunity me to go to a competent supplier who could have delivered.
