Could you please refund me the money you have taken from my account as soon as possible.
It equates to£71.40... a lot of money for me and my husband who is also looking into this big problem.
I did not subscribe to this service at any time, just the one off payment of £1.95.

We have the same problem. My bank says, first try to resolve with them, if this doesn't work, tell bank who will try to claim back. Grrrr, so fed up. This is a scam and they should not appear at top of google for CV services. Wife thought she was only paying £1.95, kept charging £16.95 per month after!
