Good luck, whatever you contact them for on whatever issues it is always your fault. I removed ad personalization which is supposed to help watch whatever ads are being shown and worked once to watch ads then stops working. Either way it's my fault when I know it isn't.

It is a form of gambling. Unfortunately, my experiences with Mytona have not been good ones. They are always pushing to purchase rubies. When I first joined it was fun, great graphics, and enjoyable to play. Now. It has become frustrating, disappointed in the number of bugs they have in the game. Instead of making their members happy and giving a good size of rubies, they continue to say sorry or nothing at all when you contact them. Being a guild member it is impossible to try and win as the game freezes and takes the tools you used that you paid for with rubies. Just offers to buy more. The company has gotten money-hungry rather than customer-based. Very sad as many users are talking about leaving the game.
