It is a form of gambling. Unfortunately, my experiences with Mytona have not been good ones. They are always pushing to purchase rubies. When I first joined it was fun, great graphics, and enjoyable to play. Now. It has become frustrating, disappointed in the number of bugs they have in the game. Instead of making their members happy and giving a good size of rubies, they continue to say sorry or nothing at all when you contact them. Being a guild member it is impossible to try and win as the game freezes and takes the tools you used that you paid for with rubies. Just offers to buy more. The company has gotten money-hungry rather than customer-based. Very sad as many users are talking about leaving the game.

SCAM! BIG SCAM!

Terrible customer service in which you will lose your extra free stuff if you give this company money for the Golden ticket. Annoying popup in-game ads for deals that aren't deals. Pretty much this company is a scam and money hungry that never gives anything away for free specially if you give them $$.
