Hi! Has anyone ordered Quay sunglasses from NastyGal? Are they real ones or knock offs? Like so many others, i just placed an order for a pair of sunglasses without checking the reviews first and of course am now regretting it very much. I am in Germany and have read about unexpected "customs" fees which i would be ok to pay if not too high as long as the glasses are what i ordered. Should I take the risk of letting the transaction be? Thanks in advance for your replies!

I haven't purchased the sunglasses just clothes.
The delivery was quick no charges at all.
I complained about a small hole in one item and they replied immediately and sent me a new item ASAP without asking me to return the damaged one.
I paid with PayPal so maybe that makes a difference. Hope it helps!
