on 3/21/17Try tweeting at@Nastygal,@Nastygalhelp, and #Nastygal with your issue and that no one is responding. I finally got a response and my same issue has been "escalated". You have to be firm (and polite) but I was clear I would not accept this "sorry -- nothing we can do" answer. Look for ANY record you may have (order number, email, etc). Also, everyone should file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and FTC!
