The have a support link at the bottom of every page, so you can contact them and no, they are not scam.

Don't... they will cheat you of any money you do have in your account. They will not answer after that even though you've done nothing wrong.

If they suddenly block your account then you can not able to contact them
My advice keep away and do not waste your time, it is a big scam scam scam
