Neosabers

Ordered the Baylan lightsaber, once received on of the flairs on the emitter was not attached (missing screws). Contacted Neosabers, assuming I would only get the screws, and received a new emitter and control handle. This was above what was expected. This is my 4th saber from them, and have not been disappointed yet.

Beautiful and great deal. Shipping was fast also. I'm a collector so my standards are pretty high. The great thing is the build quality. They feel heavy and touch notch in terms of durability.

I've seen lots of reviews stating they are scammers. I'm not sure what they are talking about. Maybe negative reviews by competitors. But I'd trust them and have ordered two light sabers already. No issues.

They offer a 6 month warranty and also include Norton Shopping Guarantee! It seems they really stand behind their product. Folks who are hesitating which other company offers such a high level of warranty/guarantee?

Bought an obi-wan saber. The blade barely went into the hilt and after one swing would become slanted. I contacted customer sergice to return the saber. Their return policy states you can return as is if unsatisfied. After several back and forth they finnaly told me returning the saber is too much of a hassle. Don't waste your money. Go with artsabers. Much more willing to help you

I am very pleased with it. I've had my saber for 6 months. Still working great and very happy. I will buy again from neosabers they have best quality sabers.

I've purchased 6 lightsabers on two occasions and both times received faulty product in the form of defective batteries. Sent COUNTLESS emails to get the problem resolved WITHOUT A SINGLE REPLY. For something as simple as a replacement battery! One battery will not hold a charge and my recent purchase of three lightsaber for Christmas for my grandkids I had a battery that would not charge AT ALL. The "customer service" for this company is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I gave them a second chance and they screwed me AGAIN! Fool me once … shame on you, fool me twice shame on me … there will not be a third time.

I've purchase 3 sabers from Neosabers. Never had a problem with them. I'm a customer for life. Plus they offer a 6 month warranty. Don't hesitate. Its such a delight. I will order again for sure.

Excellent selection. The build quality is beautiful. Had some questions and the customer service responded quickly. It has withstood the beating. The effects are just plain beautiful.

Good experience. The sound quality is unparalleled, the craftsmanship is superb, the grip is perfect, and it remains incredibly sturdy. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 3 sabers from neosabers while they had their May4th promotion. I've got kids that are giddy about sabers. Two of the three were shipped and delivered. However, the third one, which so happens to be the more expensive of the three was not shipped nor delivered. Their email contact response time is once a week. Their response is always, "Your order was delivered. Anything else I can assist you with?"

I mentioned this on their Facebook page, and I was insta blocked and my comment was removed. Game on!

Their company is registered under a name of WALEED NAJAM which is the registering agent. When you look this person up, they are a Founder & CEO of rankistan, which is a marketing company. Basically, they use their contacts to promote companies via social media and search engines so they always popup on lists. Their site has 5 stars because all negative reviews are removed. Neosabers is from my looking up, the second saber company registered under this person. Neosabers was first registered in Texas in 2021, and now it is registered in California, and just so happens to be a second saber company they run (Dual Sabers which was registered in Michigan in 2022). Shipments come from Shenzhen China, where this company actually resides.

I wish I had spent the time looking this crap up before purchase. Their user reviews that they cannot control on other sites gives them an average of 2/5. They have 2/5 because they flood the sites with 5 stars from fake profiles just to get it up to 2/5. On their actual site, any review that is not theirs that is negative is removed. So when you look, it's all 5 stars. Amazing!

As far as the other two go that were delivered? They can turn on and make sounds. Profiles are mixed up.

EDIT: I am increasing the star rating and editing my review. Recently we were contacted by a representative from NeoSabers, apologizing for the way their customer service agents handled our case and explained that there has been a huge revamp within their company. They offered to refund the remaining money owed. We received the remaining refund and are happy they reached out to us and are correcting our issue. I would like to thank them and i appreciate a company that can recognize and rectify a customers issue.

OLD REVIEW:
My wife bought me the Darth Vader replica saber for Christmas and it came in a metal carrying case that was severely damaged. When we reported this (we have picture proof and email proof) we were told, so what does the saber work? For a nearly $1000 item, everything should be perfect and they should have at least sent us a replacement case. Well it doesn't matter because the saber was damaged too and when we sent videos of it they used the excuse that it was our fault and we were not using it correctly. After a month of back and forth they finally agreed to a return which we would have to pay for! The return address was China, but we wanted a more local address so they gave use a U.S.A address. I am trying to make this review short because we have dozens of emails with how incompetent and rude the customer service is, but anyways we finally sent it away. When we received the refund, it was $47.34 less then what we actually paid. We were told it would be a full refund, and even extra to cover some of the shipping because it was their fault. Months later we are still dealing with this! Please buy your Light Sabers from a reputable company like Korbanth Sabers, Saberforge, Vader's Vault, Electrum Sabercrafts, YDDSABER, or Sabertrio, that's where I will be going next.
