Roma was a great help in explaining me the design but she did not follow through the sale even after I requested an email to send me the design. Piyush Bannerjee has been a great help in explaining me the products & following through. He is a keeper.
New Age is not only a complete scam, i don't thing there is really a company making these grills. You cannot buy any parts from them? I am left with speculating they are simply a jobber or something like that. There is no way to convert a brand new natural gas model to propane but they sell both. They claim the grill is manufactured as either natural or propane which is a outright lie. The only difference is the connection and orifices. Almost every other manufacter of grills have conversion kits which is the propane regulator and new ofifices. The grill i purchased( 13 MONTHS AGO) for over $5k is now a very large paper weight. The most distressing thing is I bought it from Costco which is being told what a scam New Age is. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NEW AGE!
I sat through a demo of their products, reviewed the quote with their designer, made some changes to the design by adding additional cabinets, sent the changes to the designer and never heard back. I followed up with a phone call and someone told me they were "working on it".
At this point I would be leary of giving them any of my money.

Paid for delivery and installation. The delivery guy never unboxed so they had to send someone to finally do it. The installation has yet to be done after two weeks of sitting in my garage.
Do not use! Customer service is very poor.

These are far from quality! These are so poorly made, you need 2 people to install shelves, one to push the bowed walls in while the other slides teh shelf in. The cabinet doors don't shut evenly, you need to use your feet and hands to close the cabinet doors. The cabinets are made poorly and def not a quality cabinet if you want quality. I am in the process for the past 3 weeks trying to return my set.

A family member purchased outdoor kitchen cabinets which is what led me to look into New Age for my garage. At first, I was hesitant about pulling the trigger because of the price, but Direct Sales Specialist, Piyush Banerjee, called and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So good in fact, that I thought I was being scammed. He reassured me when the order was place by staying on the phone with me. The New Age team kept informed via email on the order status, and to my surprise I received the entire order just three business days later. I ordered the 9 piece Pro series garage cabinets along with the sink. The only issue I had with this whole transaction was the delivery arrived four hours before the scheduled delivery window, but they waited for me to arrive from work. I would definitely recommend the New Age product for your garage or outdoor kitchen needs.

The company will not let you post negative reviews, have cost us thousands of dollars in delays! Customer service will not respond, ordered white glove service they delivered as standard delivery still waiting for them to set it up or refund white glove service. They mess up and instead of making things right they continue to cost us money. Not even sure about quality but based on service I'm going to assume missing parts as it does look like as it hasn't been unpacked and still in boxes in front of garage going on 2 weeks.

Both locker cabinets had doors jammed backwards. Large dents in top where doors jammed and pushed up top. Submitted pictures as instructed. Have not heard back from company. They don't answer emails, you are on indefinite hold for over an hour anytime you call their number. Absolutely worst customer service I've experienced. Contacted them numerous times by email and finally got through one time out of 7 by phone. Still no response to the damage after 11 days.

I have been trying to get new age to provide parts for a defective 2 burner grill. They have not resolved the problem even though the pictures show the defect was shipped New Age. It has been over three weeks and they want to know if I fixed their problem. Nothing but being on hold and delays while they talk with the warehouse. I am filing with the better business bureau and any social media review possible to warn others of New Age's business practices.

Just completed a quite comprehensive outdoor kitchen of ALL New Age products and am very happy how it turned out. Everything went together fairly easily and I am impressed with the overall quality of everything. A bit of a learning curve w/the Kamado grill due to the removable ash collector and I am still figuring it out but it does seem to cook very well. The gas grill is rock solid and works like a charm. All of the cabinets are very sturdy too and we love the design. The best surprise was the kitchen sink, very well designed and works beautifully.

Ordered a $5000 custom kitchen. Once installed the burners never worked. The company wanted me to drive my product into a local business to get a quote for them instead of letting me return my product that SHOULD be fully warranteed. I told them i want a refund and rhe REP said he'd review my request with his "team" and call me right back. Never did nor did they respond to my emails. Id never order from them again. Try another company!

We just placed the order for our outdoor kitchen. The video consultation was wonderful. They had one person demo all the pieces I was interested in and then another person walked me through my design and answered all my questions. After the consultation I received the drawings and pricing. I'd priced out a number of other manufacturers and felt that I was getting a superior product for slightly less money. Can't wait for my order to arrive.

New Age will place items in "sets" and not allow you to return items.
We bought two garage shelves and did not need both. We sought to return one and the company would not allow a return, stating it was their policy not to accept returns.
This is a duplicate product, not a combined set. There's absolutely no reason for this kind of denial.
It is highly likely, if you order from New Age, that you will receive products that you cannot return and become landfill. It is a disappointing and disgraceful practice.

I bought the New Age garage floor product. It has been the worst experience I've had with a high-end product. First, the system is not easy to install. After watching the instruction videos and reading the 99 page installation manual (and referring to it often), it is still not locking the way it's supposed to. I've put it down and picked it up four times now. I've been advised by the company to use sealant on the tiles, only to be told I should absolutely NOT do that - ruining 10 boxes of this expensive system. I've now called and or emailed Customer Success five times. I keep getting moved around with absolutely no valid solution. Now I have 700 sq ft of product out of the box and I am not able to return it, AND the company has started to completely ghost me. The tiles are beautiful and I would love nothing more than for them to work out but at this point, I've just thrown my money away. It's worthless to the DIYer.
