A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP.
He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS).
Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP.
If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing

Look at all the 1 star reviews. I agree with another reviewer who concluded that any 5 star reviews must been faked by the company.

I ordered some sandals about 2 weeks ago. I have had no email saying they have been despatched. On tracking my order it says Back Order. I have written twice asking when they will be despatched and have received no reply. Don't think I will be buying again from this site!

Very poor experience. Was a waste of money and time. Deceptive and misrepresenting. Say goodbye to your money for junk
