WANT TO RETURN ORDER.

Before I purchased anything from New Chic, I had emailed them asking WHERE I would have to send the items back if they don't fit. The first reply just told me I had 14 days to return it. I then replied, again, asking if they had read my email and if the return items would have to be sent to Hong Kong or somewhere in the USA. Guess what? I never heard back from them. So I would be safe to say the returns have to be sent to China.

Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

You have to return the shoes to China and you have to pay the shipping. No where on their return policy do they tell you this. They also make you photograph the shoes and show the measurement with a measuring tape. They tell you that you never measured your feet properly. I told them that I want to send the shoes back so they emailed me a return label. I don't know what the shipping is going to cost me. I would NOT buy from them ever again.

I can't find an address to return my sandals. I have a feeling I am stuck with them. I DO NOT recommend this company. I also feel they are a scam. The quality sucks!
