I was overjoyed to receive this little toy lighthouse. It is beautifully made end designed of iron. I was not prepared for the fantastic light show of this product. It flashes several different colors and is powered by 3 button batteries. I live a 140 feet up in a high-rise. And I put it on my garden bench on my balcony at night. Far below throughout the night, the local police force always pause to look at the show above. Indoors, it puts on a spectacular show in the darkness of a room. This was money well spent on a fantastic novelty item..

Waited a few weeks for delivery of lighted branches, but it was worth it. Product came undamaged and worked perfectly! Definitely a year round decorating item, especially with the cordless battery pack.

Beware of this company. I ordered sets of holiday lights from a USA address. When they finally arrived, they were sporting an Australian plug.
I asked for an exchange or refund. Did not receive either. Their claim was that I chose an incompatible and plug—(why would I purposely do that?). They have no USA distribution center and returning the items cost more than the items.

The customer service is cheerful and full of useless detail to the American customer while the concept of customer satisfaction to secure future orders eludes them. A previous order from them yielded two broken cork lights and very short usb charge time.

All in all... poor quality goods and abysmally inadequate understanding of customer service.

I'm very excited to be receiving my package so quickly. My tubing doesn't dry very fast. Sometimes still moisture in it after two days. This will be quicker, simpler, and more sanitary than me soaking it in a bucket of ivory.

Remote Control Flying Fish... I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. We received it but was missing the tail fin and had 2 remotes. I tried calling their customer service phone line but could not get connected. I opened a Dispute on Jan. 3 and still have not heard from the company to fix my problem. I think the workmanship is terrible and not worth the money. It says when you purchase something are dissatisfied you can return it. I can't get anyone to respond back to me so I can return this for a FULL REFUND. Terrible customer service.

I bought 2 of these to use while kayaking. These work great. I can take pictures with my phone while it is still inside the case. No more worries that my phone will get wet or even concerns if it is dropped in the water. Keeps everything dry and will float as well.

Oh dear thought I was getting a great deal on this. Reduced from $79.99 to $11.99. Each.
I brought 3 of them... what did I get 3 corks only, no bottles. Had to laugh

I purchased these wristbands for installing window coverings, but have used them for everything that's metal. Drill bits, screws, bolts, small brackets and much more! Try them, the magnet is strong! This makes the job easier and more efficient.

I ordered a Moroccan solar light and received it. However it didn't work as advertised. I contacted the customer service department and they not only sent me a brand new one, that works great, but let me keep the old one. I just bought a candle to put inside and gave it to my daughter. It isn't solar, but still very pretty. I thank the whole team at Next Deal Shop, you are all super, and I love my new Moroccan Solar Light, it rocks!

I ordered LED solar outdoor light from the web site on Facebook. Based on the fake reviews that I read on Facebook, it suppose to be one of the brightest solar light for your out door use. When it arrived, i left it out side so it can get charge under the sunlight for 2 full days. Then I waited until the sun went down. Let me tell you, my flash light from the dollar store is brighter then these floating lights. Basically, i got ripped off from this company. Stay away from NEXT DEAL SHOP. The product is simply garbage.

You order one thing from the websites picture and they send you something completely different I ordered some outdoor lights and they sent me those twinkle lights from the 99 cent store that come with a very thin wire to put in a vase in weddings! Absolutely rip offs! 28 dollars for three! Lol I have bought these in the past at the 99 cent store!

I ordered 3 motion sensor lights. Two did not work. One worked briefly and then failed. Next deal sent me 2 replacements. Both were faulty.
I attempted to get my money back but a Doris claimed a warranty was 60 days. The company is awful and the products are complete junk. Beware of this company.

I've been lied to about this company's location, ( not in the U.S. like they claimed), not given any explanation for why my order cannot be tracked and I do not recommend doing business with these people!'n

I have ordered these cute little sparkly lights several times and I'm always pleased. The solar ones for outdoors last about six months (weather takes a toll) but the indoors? There's just no telling! I've had them up since last Christmas and still beautiful..

I've ordered one previously, but misplaced it during car cleaning. Ordered 2 this time. They are great for short trips when trying to keep dog on seat rather than moving through the vehicle or in your lap.

Purchased cardigan poor quality very badly finished.

No labels on the cardigan to indicate the material composition, nor washing instructions and definitely doesn't feel like lamb's wool

Customer service response was useless, suggesting I should call them with any questions.

Same as everyone else. Ordered shark and fish November 30. Never came. Contacted through their website, just got automated response. Calling bank tomorrow and filing with better business. BOYCOTT CHINA!

Next Deal Shop replaced an order that went missing in the midst of a move on my behalf with no charge to me. Instead of losing a potential lifetime customer over one misdirected delivery, they won a devoted fan.

Fabulous better than description in book. Have used it 3 times since it arrived on Friday Nov. 29,2019. Ease in filling with chopped fruit and also adding ice. Very pleased. Will be ordering one for wife and kids.

I have now bought 4 lots of lights which are still going. I pack them up over winter and nw it's time to bring them out. The service is amazing as I live in New Zealand and would recommend this shop. Fast delivery.

I ordered fairy lights in March... this is the end of May and I still have not received them. The customer service people respond quickly, but they say they have no control over shipping time. The orders are shipped from China. They did offer to send another order for free, if I have not received the item in a week. On the tracking link, it still shows my items in China. The company has good products and they are reasonably priced... worth the wait? I am not sure about that.

Bought a wireless doorbell. No directions included. Tried 2 new batteries in it but I can't get it to work. I'm asking for a refund. I have ordered from this business before and have been extremely satisfied

Glow in the dark garden pebbles. Maybe you have to clump them all together but these are so not worth it. Have a very, very low glow. To much trouble to return them. Not 100 pebbles or really close. Was like 80.
