Best thing to do is contact your bank or credit card company and they will get you a refund via the charge back guarantee scheme. The online business has closed down I understand.

The owner has run off to France after defrauding most customers (including myself) of hundreds of pounds, google 'Portadown Times Nigel Ohara' and see for yourself

I never could contact them, but within 2 days of leaving negative reviews all over the internet, the money suddenly appeared back in my account, although still with no communication or apology!

You can't get hold of them. I have just contacted my bank and they are chasing the company to get my money back.

I was given an email address for a manager: zbicker@nigelohara.com

I hope it helps.

To my knowledge there is no way of contacting them now at all. There is a number for the shop which is registered at the same address but they claim to have nothing to do with online orders or queries.

Their website is down. Looks like they have gone bust!.
The only number that is ringing is 028 3833 7693 ext 0201 just rings no one answers. If you paid with credit card or paypal you have a chance of getting money back... I had a very bad experiencewith them and I warned people. Anyway Kev I hope you get things sorted
Kind regards
Peter

The last time I tried I found a number via google, once rang it asks you to enter a direct dial number which obviously no one knows, it then hang's up. I think i did manage trial and error to guess a valid 3-4 digit number but even then it just rang off the hook.

You can't contact them for online purchases, all phone messages tell you to raise a ticket on web.
