You can call us via Phone/Skype, send in a Ticket, or ask your questions in our Forum.
At first, it is easy, but then they ignore you and request you to contact them in ways that they do not respond. There is no answer for the phone, and support tickets will go more than a week without any response, or longer.

It doesn't matter if you are able to contact them. They can boost your server for a short time but they're incapable of keeping everything running smoothly and consistently.
Day after day, problem after problem.
Multiple community servers going down.
They aren't interested in little men until the little men all band together. It's all about who pays the most money. Well we've paid enough.
In my experience, the support chat has a wait time of less than five minutes. From clicking the chat button to being back on my Ark server was less than 20 minutes total.
It is pretty easy to make a contact, but at weekends or busy days, it can take a few minuttes, but i have not tryed to wait for more then 15 minuttes
Pretty easy during buisness hours but make sure u take into concideration people need to sleep
