Why is my order 95977 Oct 13,2022 taking so long to ship. Now it is Nov 1,2022

Hi Elizabeth, I'm sorry for the delay. Upon checking, it shows that your order was shipped last October 14, however, there seems to be a delay with the delivery on the courier's end. They provided an update on the tracking information and I attached a link for your reference.
