Question:

Is this permanent growth? i used latisse in the past and when i stopped using my eyelashes slowly migrated back to their original length (short).

Answer:

Hi Lawana, You should continue using the product as an ongoing part of your routine. If you discontinue use, we believe your skin, lashes, brows, and hair will gradually revert back to their original appearance. How long that takes is based on your individual biology and other conditions. The good news is that you can decrease usage after you've achieved a desired look. For LASH, BROW, and HAIR products: Once you reach a point of satisfaction, you can apply the serum once per day. Another option is to decrease application to three or four times per week. When you want to increase the results again, go back to using twice per day. Let us know if we can be of further assistance. Best, Leah Garcia Founder & CEO

Question:

Does this product work for patients who have had chemo?

Answer:

A number of our customers used NULASTIN LASH & BROW during and after treatment. It's hard to say if it helped during, but what all have experienced is a full-recovery to the look of their lashes and brows post chemotherapy. Remember though, everyone is different and we can't guarantee you will have the same results. Please send us an email at customercare@nulastin.com so we can further assist you.

Question:

I'm 73 and am losing brows. does it work on old people?

Answer:

We have a number of women who are over 65 years young that have had fabulous success with our product. If you still have life in your brows, then, yes, NULASTIN will help. However, if you have permanently damaged the follicle, then, probably not (no product will help a completely dead follicle). The only way to find out is to start using our product. 2x per day. Commit to 3-4 months. I know, that sounds like a lot, but it's worth it. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee... and we're committed to your results. Thank you for your consideration.

Question:

After repeated use with lilash & latisse most of my lashes would fall out at the same time and then take 8 weeks to grow back. does that also happen?

Answer:

NULASTIN is the only product used in the cosmetics industry that contains real elastin, real keratin, and real science backed by the National Science Foundation. We have five synergistic, active ingredients and is the only LASH, BROW, and HAIR serum/treatment on the market that addresses all four stages of the hair growth cycle. Hair grows in stages, so shedding is natural. The 1st stage (anagen): When your hair grows a little every day (30-45 days for lashes/brows and 2-6 years for the scalp). The 2nd stage (catagen): The transition or regression phase when your hair follicles shrink, allowing the strands (bulb) to extend toward the surface (2-3 weeks). The 3rd stage (telogen): The resting phase. Your hair bulb is inactive, and the hairs eventually fall out (Around 100 days). The 4th stage (late telogen or exogen): Reassembly. This is where new follicles are formed. Think of it as the re-awakening process before the hair starts back into the growth phase. For example, if the majority of your lashes, brows, or hair are in the 3rd stage when you start using NULASTIN, it's normal that the hair will naturally fall out. Frankly, we get a little giddy over the prospect. Why? It means visible change is coming! We tend to panic when we lose a lash or detect a small gap. Rest assured once you see the healthier hair coming in, you'll be thrilled. If, for some reason, the problem persists and you do not experience the natural growth phase or you are experiencing unusual shedding and/or the loss of hair all at once, please stop using the product and consult with your doctor.

Question:

I'm interested in the brows/lash formulas but i wear soft contacts. how to your products interact with them?

Answer:

You should be able to use NULASTIN LASH & BROW while wearing contact lenses. The serum is applied to the base of the upper eyelids (not in the eye). If for some odd reason, you got product in your eyes and experienced irritation, then, perhaps you would want to remove the contact and rinse with saline.

Question:

How long does it usually take to see some results?

Answer:

Founder and CEO, Leah Garcia got her first unsolicited compliment on her glowing skin after a few short weeks of using NULASTIN®. Not everyone will respond the same way results vary from individual to individual depending on gender, age, genetic predisposition, and countless environmental factors. The LASH Follicle Fortifying Serum can generate changes within weeks. Lashes may feel more luxurious and hold mascara better. Within a month, overall changes may be noticeable, including length, width, and density. The BROW Shape Altering Serum and HAIR Vibrant Scalp Treatment take more time. Stay the course! The best practice is to massage the product in the areas where hair is sparse two times per day (morning and night). Certain spots can be problematic and may take six months or longer to look better and may sometimes never see growth if the follicle is damaged beyond repair. Timing is different for everyone. Your lashes, brows, and hair grow in stages. For lashes and brows, the cycle lasts 3-4 months. Scalp hair can take 2-6 years. Question:

Does nulastin change your eye color? i'd heard the prostaglandins can cause iris darkening; i have light eyes. can anyone give me info??

Answer:

Thanks for checking in. We have a section on the website that addresses your very question. There is a misconception about this phenomenon and the prostaglandins used as an ingredient reported to cause this. We researched a variety of articles from leading plastic surgeons, dermatologists and ophthalmologists. They have never seen a change in eye color with an eyelash enhancer. The prescription brand, Latisse conducted extensive clinical trials. No cases were ever reported for eye color change. In extremely rare instances, eye color variation was noted when the active prostaglandin was used as a glaucoma medication and applied directly to the cornea. In lieu of the prostaglandin in question, NULASTIN uses five active ingredients to deliver results. We do not have a prostaglandin. NULASTIN uses naturally derived, naturally sourced ingredients. All formulas are paraben-free, top allergen-free, clinically evaluated, and proven safe.

Question:

When using brow product, will new hair growth still come in white. i'm 68 and white hairs are cropping up

Answer:

As it turns out, a number of individuals are experiencing darker brows (and lashes). Our elastin and keratin proteins not only fortify the cells that produce new growth, they activate the body's natural hair-coloring cells. If your healthy hair is predisposed to being dark, that is what you are seeing as the replacement comes in. Plus, the more hair you have (thicker), the darker it will look. If darker brows are not something that you find desirable, we would recommend to use less serum or back off to 3x per week.
